Chapter 3

Nicole's POV

{ School started today }

I'm starting to feel like my old self again even though I am not completely over my mother's death.

It's not really like that because my mother hasn't been a mother the past years. We weren't that close.

She would always be at work and she was always acting really strange

I still miss her alot , but I can't be sad all my life.

She's gone and she's never coming back that is reality so even though it will hurts, I have to deal with it.

So I have to put a smile on my face today because I don't wanna look like those depressed girls, maybe I will try to make some friends if I am in the mood, I am always the outgoing one that makes the first move.

But I don't know if its gonna be the same

Even I have been having really bad memory and I feel  d i f f e r e n t

The only people I know that go to BHHS are Scott and Stiles

And we aren't even that close, I just met them.

But they look like good people, especially Scott he looks like a really responsible, caring person.

I am an only child and I wish that I had a big brother like Scott

But oh I don't .

I got a really cute shirt that is like a tank top with floral print and is layered, and some wash blue jeans with some holes (its like that) and I got my moccasins, I was ready, well all I needed was my hurrr.

My hair is naturally wavy, but when I wash it and scrunch it, really cute curls come out, so I did that really quick.

I didn't put on any makeup just in case I started to cry I don't want it to get ruined besides I look fine without it anyways.

I put some mascara in my bag just in case I wanted to put some on later.

I didn't know if I should bring my purse or book bag , I just went with the book bag for today.

I was done with everything then went downstairs and saw my dad crying.

"Hey dad I'm ready, what's wrong?"

I knew it was about Mon

"Dad she's gone and no matter how much it hurts she is not coming back, we can't be sad all our life, you still got me."

"I love you so much princess."

"I love you too," I whispered as he pulled me closer to kiss my forehead

"You look beautiful Nicky."

"I try." I said.

"So do you want me to drive you or are you taking the bus?"

"Can you drive me since its my first day?" I said.

"Alright.."

I got to school and stepped out, it looked like a really good school not gonna lie.

But no matter how good it is, school is school. Ew

I started to walk over to my first class but I had a glimpse at Scott

"Hey Scott," I said.

"Hey Nicole, how are you doing?" He asked.

I knew he was talking about my mother

"Better.."

I don't know what is happening but I have a really strange feeling when I am around Scott, and I feel like I can trust him

"Hey Scott can we talk after school?"

"Yeah, I also need to talk to you."

"So what class do you have now?" He asked.

"Uh, Physical Science."

"Mr.Curtis?" He asked.

"Yeah. Well I have to go" I said.

Scott POV

I am going to tell Nicole everything about her, us and everyone, I think she probably already knows considering her mom was a werewolf, so it won't be a problem.

She is going to Mr.Curtis which Liam is also in that class.

I haven't talked to Liam in a while, so I don't know if he has met Nicole.

Nicole POV

I walked in the class and everyone started looking at me, it was awkward.

Anyways I went over to Mr.Curtis and told him I was new and told me I can sit anywhere.

There were two empty seats one next to this girl that looked really mean and another next to this boy, really cute boy.

I decided to sit next to the boy

I sat down and took out my materials. I forgot a pencil, how can I forget a pencil? "Shit," I whispered under my breath

Well the boy heard me and handed me a pencil, I don't even know how he heard me

"Thanks." I said

We were just sitting there for a while and everyone finished their work, so I made a move

"I am Nicole." I said.

"Oh, I'm Liam." He said

"Cool name," (That was probably the stupidest thing to say)

"Haha." He started to laugh

He has a really cute laugh omg

"Well you can call me Nicky if you want ." I said

"Nicky you have really pretty eyes."

"Thanks you have really pretty eyes too."

I am so stupid for saying that lmao

My eyes aren't pretty though they are just brown, but his are perfect blue

Is he trying to flirt with me?

"Um sorry that was awkward haha" I said.

"Its okay, I do have nice eyes though " He smirked

"Show off." I said.

"So what are you doing later Nicky?"

Is he trying to hang out?

"Um well I have to meet up with my friend, and I don't know how long it will take he has to talk to me about something."

"Oh well if you ever want me to help you study, I can help you." He said

"Are you even smart? Haha," I said.

"No." He started laughing

"Well I am, so I can help you study." I said.

"Alright." He said.

He is perfect, his smile, his hair, his laugh, his personality, his attitude, his face, his body, his eyes, he is just
