Chapter 9 Part 2

JON'S POV

"Jon there is only one problem with that." Dick said

"What?" I asked

"Nanda Parbat shut was abandoned years ago after Ra's Al Ghul died." Dick replied

"Exactly Talia would go to a place nobody would expect her to go." I said

"Talia's not that stupid she wouldn't go back to the old base of the league." Dick said

"Yes she would." I argued

"Talia knows that someone would check there first." Dick said

"You are proving my point Talia knows that it would be too obvious so we wouldn't go making that the best place to go." I said

"That actually kinda makes sense." Dick said

"So are we going?" I asked

"Yes." Dick said

"Okay but, first we should visit the Teen Titans." I said

"Why?" Dick asked

"In case we need backup and we could cover more ground this way." I said

"Don't tell Damian I said this but, we might have just found a better detective." Dick said

"Thanks Dick." I replied

"I am just stating facts. I am going to get Batman to get Tim,Jason,Barbara, and Steph to meet us there." Informed me

"Okay." I said. Dick and I got in the batwing and flew to the tower. I had called a meeting even though I am technically not part of the team so I was kinda surprised they all showed.

"So... Jon why did you call us here." Beast Boy said while yawning

"Beastboy look at the kid he was obviously injured." Starfire said. I totally forgot that I had bandages on my face to cover my scars.

"To answer Beast Boy's question Damian joined Talia to protect me." I said and I had a flashback to when I admitted to Damian that I loved him. What if I can't find Damian? What if he is stuck with that monster forever? This is my fault I can't believe he sacrificed his freedom for me.

"Jon I know you think this is your fault but, it's not." Raven said

"Yes it is Damian joined his worst enemy just to protect me. If I wasn't so weak we wouldn't be in this situation and Damian would be here with us." I said on the verge of tears. Damian could be killed by Talia she already killed him once.

"Jon you are strong and there was nothing you could do to stop her. Batman still hasn't found a way to stop Talia once and for all so how could you." Raven said

"Damian is my boyfriend I am suppose to protect him and I failed!" I yelled

"You and Damian are dating!?!" Everyone said surprised.

"Don't worry your secret's safe with me." Dick said

"Thank you but, Batman already knows." I said

"Jon, you make him a better person so thank you for being his light in the dark." Dick said

"Let's go get him back." Starfire said

"Speaking of which where is he?" Aqualad said

"He is at Nanda Parbat." I said

"Are you sure?" Kid flash asked.

"Yes now lets go." I said. It was a long flight to Nanda Parbat and each minute was another minute Talia could escape. When we landed there Batman and the rest of them were already there.

"Let's split up to cover more ground. Raven and kid Flash,Steph and tim, Dick and Jason,Barbara and Mr Wayne,Aqualad and Beastboy, and I will go alone." I said

"Actually I will go with you Jon." Dick said

"What about Jason?" I asked

"He is more than capable of going alone right Jason?" He asked

"Yep." Jason said. I took the lead and Dick followed and started to run when I heard breathing with my super hearing and I heard someone say help. Ik that voice it was Damian I started to speed up.and opened the door. I heard a bang and it all went black.

Five days later

I woke up and my head hurt so bad and I realized that I was in a bedroom. I started to slowly remember how I got here. I sat up and looked around Damian was there standing right beside me am I going crazy. "Damian is that you?" I asked.

"Yes beloved." He said and I immediately hugged him.

"What day is it?" I asked still not letting go

"It's Christmas Jon." He said

"Damian can you get my backpack?" I asked

"Why?" He asked

"You will see." I said

"Ok be right back." He said and walked out and it took him 5 minutes to return when he did he handed me my bag. I opened it and pulled out 2 gifts and a bag. I handed him them and he opened it I got him a blue hoodie with a small superboy symbol on it,a sketch pad,and a bunch of art supplies.

"Thanks Jon. I got you something too" he said and pulled a gift from the table that was next to me and handed it to me he got me a computer.

"You didn't have to get me anything you are the only gift I need." I said

"Wow real smooth Jon and just so you know I feel the same way." He said

"Damian lay down." I said and made room for him he joined me on the bed and immediately put his arms around me. There is not single place in the world I would rather be than in my boyfriends arms. I have a good feeling that this relationship will last a long time.
