This transmutation of words today
A kind of psychological warfare.
Alchemy like never before
A truly confusing affair.
Did the dictionary transform overnight
Or words just got misunderstood?
Spun, spurn and distorted
A whirlwind that does no good.
It seems 'feminism' has a new meaning
It's been twisted to hypocrisy.
Adding 'racism' to the mix
Double standards is all I see.
Who remembers when that word 'love'
Turned into 'tolerance of bullshit'.
Nonconformity is 'judgement' now
It's even preached on the pulpit.
Let's talk about what's wrong or right
I understand not, it baffles me.
Good is bad; bad becomes good?
Is it free speech or blasphemy.
What's up with this new age nonsense
Is GOD now called 'the universe'?
Spirituality, religion or witchcraft
I believe now everything is inverse.
We live in a twisted unreality
That's all I've been able to decode.
Where hypocrisy reigns supreme
On the many it's been bestowed.
