}Hello Little Ones pt.1{

  

   It was a bad stormy night. The winds were strong and rains were heavy enough to put more weight on the already beat young worker. Jungkook just got off work a couple minutes after working late again. He was a assistant for a big CEO and his boss was such a lazy ass. He would put so much work on Jungkook when half of the paperwork was mainly for the boss himself to look through and sign. For the past few nights it's been more stressful because their is a new partnership needing to be made. Which only meant Kook will only see his bed close to midnight almost every night.

   Jungkook didn't live far from the building so he never felt the need to get a car but tonight he would be rethinking that option. He was almost home after deciding to take a short cut to his small home through a alley. Normally he would avoid such actions but without an umbrella that was left next to his work desk it was the best place to keep a little dry since there was a few stores that had a canopy for the entrance. However, as he almost made it out the alley passing the last store he began to hear small cries.

"W-what is that?" He mumbled to himself and at first began to glance around but since the stores were closed and without lights he shook off the cries and began to walk off again. Until a few coughs caught his attention again soon a louder cry was heard.

   Turning towards the direction of the cough he slowly approached while taking out his phone to use his flashlight. Yes waterproof. What he saw had him frozen with concern and confusion.

"Oh my gosh!" He gasps. "Are you okay?" He quickly rushes to the little figures in front of him shivering in the cold and clinging to each other. As he reaches slowly to touch the oldest looking one the little boy jumps back in fear holding what looks to be his little brother closer.

"N-n-no t-touch Minnie o-or J-Joonie!" The little boy no more than six years old says with a intense stutter assuming from the cold and firmly. It takes a moment for Jungkook to process what's in front of him.

   Two little boys. Both are so small and barely got any color to their skin, lips almost purple, and the youngest has red eyes as if he has been crying for days. Neither have any real clothing on except a t-shirt and jeans that are soaked.

"Please, it's okay. I promise I'm not going to harm you." Jungkook says as gently as possible so he doesn't scare them more than needed. "My name is Jungkook. I just want to help, okay?" He reaches his hand out praying the young oldest trust him just a little so he can get them out the cold rain that doesn't seem to be letting up. It's freezing and he fears the worst for the boys if they don't get warm baths and clothing soon.

   After debating in his small mind the little one who has introduced himself as Joonie takes Jungkook out stretched hand to shake. Jungkook gives them a small thankful smile then looks to the youngest. The poor boy looks soon to pass out so Jungkook needs to be fast.

"Joonie, I'm worried about you and your brother, correct?" He nods in agreement. "He doesn't look so well and I know you are cold and probably hungry. Can I take you inside so I can help you and your brother feel better? We can even have hot chocolate once you both are warm!" Jungkook offers and Joonie looks at his little brother with a small frown but then looks back to Jungkook and nods.

   Jungkook let's a sigh of relief and gets set to take the boys to his place. He tells Joonie to let him carry his brother, after a little bickering, he manages to get little Minnie into his arms and tells Joonie to climb onto his back and wrap himself around Jungkook tightly. As soon as they are in position Jungkook dashes to his house. Quickly getting the door open he throws his shoes off quickly not letting the boys down until he makes it upstairs to the bathroom. He let's Joonie climb down onto the counter and while he still has the now dozing Minnie in his arms he tries to run a small warm bath for the boys.

   Soon the water is warm and he manages to get Joonie in first before setting Minnie down to join.

"Here, hold your brother close so I can go find some clothes for you both, okay?" He asks and after receiving the promise to hold him tightly and staying warm Jungkook goes to find some old clothes from his young cousins that he used to babysit. Thankfully he finds old sweatshirts and sweat pants that are sure to fit both boys.

   Once baths are done the boys are taken to the livingroom to get warm under some cozy blankets. The youngest still fighting off sleep long enough to be fed some bread and soup Jungkook quickly heated and then once full enough he is out like a light. The oldest however is a little too cautious to go to sleep just yet so while keeping cuddled close to his brother he talks to Jungkook.

"So, can you tell me your full name Joonie?" Jungkook asks with a small smile while the little boy mentioned just plays with the blanket they are wrapped in and answers.

"I...I think my name is...Namjoon." he says and looks to Jungkook with a empty gaze. "I think...that's what she called me..."

"Who is she?"

"My..." Namjoon stops to think. "My mommy?" He answers more as a question than a clear answer.

"Oh, do you know where she may be now?" Jungkook asks knowing that he may not get a actual answer. He is correct once Namjoon gives a slow shake of the head as a no. "It's okay, Namjoonie. I will take care of you and your brother-"

"Jimin....that's Minnie name be. Jiminie." Namjoon interrupts. Jungkook gives a bunny smile making Namjoon look at him in awe.

"Alright then, I will take care of you and Jimin. I promise."
