My Medicine

Chapter 1

*FlashBack*

" I'm sorry to inform you Belle but Tenny and Carley have been in a car accident and are being transported to the closest hospital. They don't look good and there is a 10% chance of them living." Mrs. Gord, our secretary said with teary eyes but I wouldn't blame her everyone loves us, wait.

"WHAT!?" I yell falling on my knees letting the tears come. My only girl best friend and my only sibling. This can't be it just can't, it has to be a mistake. " YOU'RE LYING! THEY CAN'T DO THAT, NO NO NO NO NO. I REFUSE TO LISTEN." I say shaking my head.

" I'm sorry I'm not, they really have. I'm very sorry." She says looking down at me with sadness in her eyes.

After that I just run out side, the cold air nipping at my skin but I don't care. They are probably gone, no I can't think that way. I finally stop running in circles I sit down on the cold pavement and just scream, I screamed until people came out side and my throat was raw. I didn't care though, I just laid down, closed my eyes just hoping it was just a dream.

I was woken up by Arek, one of my other best friendship, in the health room. I just looked around until I caught sight of high cocoa brown eyes all red and puffy from probably crying. Then I asked the worst question I could have asked but they were also my last words. "Did it really happen, are they really gone?"

"Yes and no, it really did happen but they just went into a coma. The do terms just don't know for how long though." He replies looking at the floor with tears streaming down his face. I start crying too but this time Arek hugs me and kept me in his arms I don't know for how long but we were both sobbing.

I didn't want to let go of Arek but as soon as the last bell rang indicating the end of school we both stood. "Would you like a piggy back ride home?" He asks waiting for an answer but I just jump on his back, put my head in his shoulder and hide from everyone.

The very next day I didn't go to school, I stayed home packing because we were moving to a different place is that Carley and Tenny could have better treatment. We moved the day after that and in ever say anyone from my home town again.

*End Of FlashBack"

I woke up from my day dream when my mom rubbed my knee informing me that we were at the apartment building that was know our knew home for some time. I tried to get it out of my mind, it was five years ago. I looked around seeing some palm trees and a few houses. It looked like a nice little place to stay.

I got out, got my stuff and headed up to the apartment we now lived in. You see right after the accident my dad got a huge promotion where he was working so he got more money and he got to go on trips everywhere just so he can pay for Tenny and us but my mom and I like living in apartments because it's easier to move out of.

When I stepped inside I noticed that it was fairly big and had nice decor. The walls were a dark blue for the whole front room with all red furniture. The kitchen had smooth colourful counter tops and the cabinets were tinted red. My moms bedroom had dark brown walls and light brown furniture.

When I stepped into my room I was taken away. I had a big open area with stairs leading up to my bed. The walls were black along with all the doors on the bottom so that I could paint on the walls.

I first got to work with hanging all my clothing up and putting together my new desk. I then pulled out my laptop, iPhone, doc and iPod and setting them up on my desk. I then looked behind me at the two pink and blue suitcases that I bring with me every time I move.

The pink one has all the pictures of Carley along with all the neon, glow in the dark and her favourite colour paints in it. The blue one has pictures of Tenny and his favourite paints. I then opened them and put all Carley's photos on the left side of the wall because she is left handed and Tenny's on the right side because he is right handed. Then I went over to sort the paints and got my ladder from the hallway and set it in the middle of the painting wall. By the time I was done I was tired and sleepy so I just went to bed.
