I suddenly jumped up when I heard loud pounding on the door making my heart jump. I looked over to Gigi who was still sleeping right besides her hand protectively laying on my stomach, while Draven was to alert and awake. Sitting up and leaning against the bed-frame. I looked at the bedside clock and saw it was 22:00. "I'll get it." He mouthed to me. I nodded and watched as he creeped to the door with a gun in his hand. "Who is it?" He called out.
"It's Gio, can you open the door!" The voices snarled pounding on the door harder. My heart began to pound harder in my chest from hearing the familiar voice that I longed to here for the past two months.
Draven peaked out the peephole to make sure it was actually Gio. He then turned back to me with a questioning look. "You can let him in." I approved with a curt nod.
As soon as Draven unlock Gio came bursting through eyes looking around the room until he spotted me. You could see a wave of worry and fear escape him and instead be replaced with relief. "Kayani." He breathe out taking a step towards the bed I was sitting on.
I gave a weak smile. "Hi Gio." I greeted him with a small wave.

I walked over to him and placed his hand own my belly. "I was pregnant before I got taken." I clarified. His expression changed from anger, to confusion to shock.
His mouth opened. "It's mine." He said as he looked up from my bulging stomach to my bruised face. I nodded with a large grin. "Really! I'm going to be a dad. How far along are you?" He question, rubbing my stomach like with awe.
We only had sex one time this year it should really be obvious but I answered anyways. "About five months." I answered.
"The day before your birthday." I nodded. "I can't believe it." He marvelled, his eyes watered as the widest smile I've ever seen from him stretched across his face. I've never seen him so happy.
