So, my current name on Wattpad is @SecondCardDown. Why am I called Second Card Down? Here's the story behind that name:

This Christmas, I received the game 'Deal or Duel' (among other things, including 'George Washington's Indispensable Men', 'John Laurens and the American Revolution' and 'Redcoats and Rebels', which I am very excited to read)!! When I opened the box, the first thing that caught my eye was the small stack of Face Cards.

There were many more Face Cards than I had anticipated, and I was interested to see who was in the game. For some reason, I had already come to the conclusion before even buying the game that John Laurens was not going to be included. The first card on the pile was the Marquis de la Fayette (or Lafayette, I'm never quite sure which one to use).

I then looked at the second card down, and was pleasantly surprised to find that Laurens was, in fact, a playable character in the game

I was even more surprised to find Deborah Sampson in the game a few cards further down, but found myself torn between which of the two to play as (the two being John Laurens and Deborah Sampson)

After reading the rules of the game, I discovered that players pick a set of nine Face Cards to play as. To my luck, John Laurens and Deborah Sampson are both blue cards (titled 'The Revolutionaries'), so I can play as both (along with the Marquis de la Fayette, Hercules Mulligan, James Armistead Lafayette, Paul Revere (who looks oddly similar to Jack Black), Crispus Attucks, William Alexander, Lord Stirling and Charles Lee).

When creating this profile, I honestly had no idea what to name it. After a while of thinking, I decided upon Second Card Down, having remembered my happiness after seeing these two cards in the game (I'm sad, I know, I've already accepted this).

I think I might make a chapter explaining the rules of the game (it's quite complicated, and it took me a little while to understand, so I thought I'd try and show some examples to help others understand it quicker than I did).
