I looked up at the sky as warm tears slowly ran down my face while my stomach clenched in anxiety. My crush hated me, didn’t accept me and rejected me. He laughed in my face and pushed me to the ground as he said things that I rather not have heard a menace to society that I was nothing more than a pest that should be rid of this world.

“Why.....?”  I asked to no one in particular

My hands stung as the gravel dug deeper into my palm from when I was shoved, I didn’t bother picking them out because what was the point. My life was nothing special or important. I’m nothing more than a speck in this world, nothing of importance. Crying hard I pant as my breath came out from my lungs painfully as I kept a death grip on my arm, hoping that my existence would just vanish into thin air were I’ll be forgotten. Not that anyone would miss me, I’m just an inconvenience.

As I move onto my knees then slowly onto my feet I hear laughter in the distance, slowly getting closing.  My heart race spiked as I panicked, legs feeling heavy I ran as fast as I could away from the laughter.

I’m nothing, a no one. What’s the point of living? If you have nothing to living for in life.
