Warning: Swearing.

Finally moving to Los Angeles, California, was a dream come true for Allison. She usually draws in her free time or when she's babysitting her four younger brothers. Considering the fact that she's the oldest sibling in her family, she was used to babysitting them. She was also like an overprotective older sister, so if one of the boys had a crush on a girl, (or boy), she did what she could to give them advice and make sure they wouldn't have their hearts broken. Allison is 17 years old, a junior in high school. The second oldest, Ryan, who's 14 years old, sometimes helps Allison babysit the boys. Sage, who's 10, usually spends his time reading in his room upstairs. He's normally the most quiet one, and usually blocks out the others. The twins, Tony and Andy, who are 12, are the most trouble, in Allison and Ryan's opinion, cause more trouble than the others.

"Tony, Andy, stop throwing the dodge ball around! If you break something Mom and Dad'll blame it on me!" Allison yelled, trying to catch the ball from them, but they just laughed as they continued to throw the ball around more.

"Hey! Put the ball away." Ryan yelled at them, walking over as they stopped laughing and handed him the ball. Ryan turned around with the ball in this hands and handed it to Allison.
"Thanks." She said, putting the ball into the closet with the rest of the toys.

"No problem." He responded, stretching his arms and legs. There was a sudden sound of screaming from upstairs, causing Allison and Ryan to jump up and run upstairs quickly, into Sage's room.

"What's going on?" Allison asked as she ran in, standing in the door frame with Ryan behind her.

"Andy won't leave me alone!" Sage screamed, trying to hit Andy but fell back. Andy laughed, picking up the book Sage was reading, and tossed it across the room. Allison then ran over to Andy, grabbing his wrists and holding then tightly, as she stared at him. "Goddamn you, Andy, go to the corner!" Allison yelled,
obviously seeming pissed off. She let go of his wrists as he walked over and stood in a corner, facing the wall. Allison knew he was smirking, which he was.

I sighed as I picked up Sage's book off the floor, handing it back to him. I ruffled his hair, smiling softly. "It's okay, bud, it's just the twins. If you want to, you can lock the door. I'll knock if I need anything."
"Okay. Thanks, Ally." Sage replied, smiling back. I got up and walked out of the room, closing it. I heard a click on the doorknob, knowing he locked it. I walked over to Andy and turned him around. "Are you going to be good now?" I asked him.
"Yeah." He replied in a somewhat-monotone  voice. I sighed.
"All right. Go into your room and I swear to God if you and Tony do anything else to annoy Sage or Ryan and I, I'll take away your phone and games, Got it?" I stated firmly.
"Yes ma'am." Andy walked into his room.
I walked back downstairs to see Ryan sitting on the couch. I sat back next to him, checking my phone. It dinged, meaning a text message from someone. I opened it, and to my surprise my boyfriend, Liam, had sent me a message. It read,

"Hey Ally, I just don't think I can do this long-distance relationship. It's too stressful, and for all I know you could be dating someone else (which I highly doubt you'd do), so I think we should break up. I'm sorry, I hope we can still be friends?"

In that moment, I felt my heart shatter into a billion pieces. Liam and I had known each other since kindergarten, and we had been dating for nearly two years. I should've known when I told him we were moving that something was wrong. He always said it was fine, but I should've known. Before I realized it, there were tears flowing down my now red cheeks. Ryan looked over at me noticing.
"Ally? You okay?" He asked, I could hear the concern in his voice.

— Ryan's P.O.V. —

"..Yeah, I'm fine." Ally hesitated. Something was wrong.
"Liar. What's wrong?" She handed me her phone. I read the long paragraph. My eyes widened. "Are you fucking kidding me?!" She was still crying, but wiped her eyes although it continued to flow down her cheeks. "Hey, hey, it's okay, he wasn't worth it." I hugged her tightly, patting her back as she cried more, gasping and hiccuping. "It's okay, it's okay. Let it out."
After about an hour of having Ally sob her eyes out, she was on the couch passed out. Her face was still red though, so I got up and grabbed a blanket, covering her up with it. I sighed, walking upstairs to my room as I laid down on my bed. Soon it was nighttime, that's when I woke up. It's when my parents walked in the door, I was still asleep.
