Liza keeps my head down and holds her hand out to the Grand Elder Nathan.He cuts a slit in her hand and let's one drop touch the dirt floor before gently wrapping a white satin ribbon over the hand.
"Rise." She did and raised up her head.He blows the single wax candle out and she shivers from her head to her toes.
Her eyes widened.
"Always honor your oath." The ceremony end. Clapping comes from the elders.She nods.
Her eyes come into view and look tired.But nonetheless she bows her head towards the elders. The wise men who raised her and taught her right from wrong stand in front of her.
"Its very late.I should go to bed." She saids keeping her head down.
"Not so fast young one. There is something to be discussed." Elder Munich said.
"Yes, my lords." She responds. Her chest tenses.
"Your duties start in two days time. Rest up tonight. Tomorrow pack your things.The morning after that you head off to the blue blood pack. You are dismissed." Liza nodded her head and walked out quickly.
As.she walks out the doors the men stay quiet. Until they feel as if she goes to sleep.
"How will She find her mate?" Head elder exclaims.
"She is seventeen.She will find her mate at eighteen.That's in two months!" The elder next to him says.
"We must not tell her." All the men stared back at the man.
"And why not?Elder Adam." Head elder challenged.
"Even if she is the strongest werewolf alive.She is still just a girl. She may be as strong as ten pure alphas but she is still young. We need her for war." Said Adam.
"No! We are not barbarians.She is a young girl even if we tried to keep her away from her mate.She will defy us. If she was picked for this.She will make the right choice." The elder next to the Head elder said. Soon an argument went ahead. In the end they decided it was best to tell her. It was the only way.
