“So how attractive was he?”

“Like Greek God attractive, Ally!” It’s the morning after I went to He’e Nalu, and I am filling Ally in on all that has happened via Skype.

“No way! What did he look like?”

“Ally, you should have seen him. His eyes were the most gorgeous shade of brown. They just seemed to look into my soul. And oh my gosh, his hair! Ally, his hair! It was the same color as the sand on the beach. I swear…” I gush, staring off into space.

“Well, look at you, aren’t you as smitten as a kitten wearing a mitten?” Allyson replies.

“What?” I laugh, snapping me out of my daze.

“I’m saying that you must really like him. You are talking about him the same way you talk about Zac Efron. And everyone knows how much you love Zac Efron.”

“All I am saying is that he is really cute and charming. I hardly even know the guy. Heck, he doesn’t even know my name.” I clarify.

Ally pouts, “God, I can’t believe you haven’t even been there a week and you have gotten more male attention than I get in a month.”

“Shuddup! You’re gorgeous! You just haven’t found a guy yet! Anyways, how is life back home?” I question.

“It’s terrible. Come back home, Loons! I miss you so much I can’t even stand it. This morning I actually walked over to your house to go see you and then I remembered that you weren’t there anymore. It’s freaking torture. Even Willa and my dad ask about you all the time. And you know my type so if you run into anyone, send him my way.”

“Yeah, I am totally going to have him drive 1,113 miles just to meet you.” I sarcastically remark. She lets of a sigh and crosses her arms. “But all jokes aside. I miss you more than words can describe. I miss waking up and hanging out with you all day. Tell Willa and your dad that I miss them, too. I never take off the bracelet, which you gave me. It reminds me of home.”

“Okay, I will. You better not take off that bracelet. Alright well, I have to go. I’m going school shopping and it will definitely suck ass because you won’t be there with me. But whatever, the show must go on! Later Loons, love you!” Ally blows me a kiss through Skype.

I shake my head at my friend, “You are such a drama queen! Love you too!” I blow her a kiss back.

“Oh, please. You know you are too!” Ally replies.

“Bye”

“Bye,” and with that she hits the stop button on Skype and I am back to being all alone in my room.

As I open up my horrible tan curtains, I spot a group of guys surfing in the ocean right behind my house. There are so many of them! They are all expertly maneuvering themselves through the waves. They all look like pros. However, they are too far out in the ocean for me to really see what they look like.
