Noro had charged, and leapt. Hoping to have confused Terik enough that she would be able to pounce on him. As usual, he saw her moves, and quickly dodged the attack. She landed, and looked around in wonder of where he went, then she realized.. she quickly rolled on her back to hopefully be able to throw him off, as he had decided to pounce on her! Her plan just barely worked, and she escaped his weight. She dug her hand in the dirt as she thought about how she would attack, or take on his next attack. Her fur bristled in the wind. She saw him getting ready.. she did the same. If he was going to charge, she was going to do the same. She was small, harder to grab, and swift. They bolted towards each other nearly at the same time, Terik was quick too, but not as much as he could be. Noro decided she would use her momentum as a way to hopefully leap up and behind Terik, so she could pounce from behind. Just a little more and she could time it just right.. now would be perfect. She leaped high into the air, Terik took a moment to register what had happened, shocked, not expecting her to do that, which is just what she wanted. She wooshed over his head, quickly turned around when she landed, and pounced onto his back, without giving him a second to think. Once he was on the ground she dug her claws into the dirt, and held her ground strongly, trapping him.

They both laughed, covered in dirt and grass. "You did it!" Terik exclaimed happily, proud of Noro, who was lit up with pride and joy. Life is good, she never wanted to lose what she was gifted. Mittens walked up to Noro with a strut, and Noro grabbed them and played with them, Terik joined in on the fun cat playtime.

Terik had to go home, and Noro waved him off. Her parents were upstairs, in their room, watching TV. Her stomach growled, she was hungry. She went to get her mom. She walked into her parent's room, and looked over the bed. "Momma," she called, her mother looked over to her, "I'm hungry." Noro's mother smiled, and gave a bit of a laugh. "Noro, you're covered in dirt!" Noro looked at herself and her clothes, she was still dirty from her play fighting. "How about you take a bath while I make dinner? We're having fish and veggies tonight." Noro's eyes lit up, "Bath! Fish! Bath! Fish!" She chanted happily, bouncing up and down. "Alright," Noro's mother pat her on the head, calming her bouncing, "I'll go start your bath. Wanna help?" Noro nodded vigorously, and went to get her favorite pajamas from her room across the hall, then went to the bathroom where she heard the water running. Her mother was filling the tub, and putting soap bubbles in the water. Noro was happy about that, she undressed and hopped in the tub when it had filled to the desired level. "Alright, you know how to get clean, right? Soap?" Noro nodded in response. "Good girl, now I'm going to start dinner, call your father if you need anything."

"Alright Momma!" Noro lightly splashed the water with her fingers, not wanting to get it all over the floor, but wanting to hear the plip sounds of the water. Plip, plip, plip.. she giggled. She started playing with the bubbles, giving herself bear arms, she growled like a bear. She cleaned herself and continued playing until she smelled food, she wanted to see how long until it was finished. She finished up her bath and drained the water like she always saw her mother doing. She loved water, and baths, they soothed her. Baths were like mini oceans, calm and warm, she loved both. She dressed herself and went downstairs to the kitchen. "Noro! Dinner's almost ready." Her mother said as she pinched Noro's cheek, who giggled in return. "And my baby is all clean!" She scooped Noro up and gave her lots of kisses, as Noro had a fit of giggles. She put Noro down and she ran to the table, and climbed into her chair, ready to eat. The scent of food brought Mittens inside and her father downstairs. Mittens and Noro got fed first, and they ate happily, as a family.

They finished their food and had lemon meringue pie for dessert. Afterwards, Noro went to her room with Mittens and sat on the large window sill, looking at the sunset. Mittens curled in her lap, It was nice. She loved summer, and loved the sunrise and sunset. Everything about it was amazing to her. She just sat and stared, until... A little birdie fluttered onto her window sill, and tweeted to her a greeting. It was a little bluebird, Noro opened the window and reached out her finger, which the bird gladly perched on and she opened the window wide enough for it to fly away when desired, but it just flew around her room, not trapped, but happy. Noro smiled and kept the window open for when it might want to leave. Turning off her lamp she went and laid on her bed, Slowly drifting off to sleep.

Today was a great day.
