A/N - yeah I know it's only been some hours but I already made chapter two so like yeah boom.

~time skip some days~

Roll Cake Cookie was walking around the Dessert Paradise. It was where he lived, but the area surrounding his house had already been completely flattened, so he had to venture outwards to find more stuff to crush.
But, geez... he really had smashed a lot of stuff! He'd been walking for a while and still couldn't find anything!
Roll Cake stopped walking and looked around. He smashed his hammer onto the ground, bored. "Maan, I should've brought my road roller... then I'd be faster AND more entertained!"
Suddenly he heard something hit a wall. He turned to look at the noise and saw a crumpled piece of paper. He walked over to it, intrigued.
"aaAA NO DON'T READ IT!!!" Cotton Candy's voice faded in, as she ran over to Roll Cake, crashing into him.
"OOF" Roll Cake oof'd, now on the ground with Cotton Candy on top of him. "What the?!"
Cotton Candy looked down at Roll Cake and flushed. "A-AH I'M SORRY I DIDN'T MEAN TO DO THAT-!!!"
She shot up and awkwardly scooted away from Roll Cake. Roll Cake sat up and stared at her.
"...oh! You're that one girl at the park! The one who smashed the tea cup!" Roll Cake smiled.
Cotton Candy blinked. "Uhm, yeah...?" she didn't exactly want to be known as the one who helped destroy her friend's picnic, but that smile...
Roll Cake stood up. "Cool, cool! I'm Roll Cake Cookie, but it's possible you already know that."
"I-I'm Cotton Candy Cookie... nice to talk with you!" Cotton Candy stammered.
Roll Cake nodded, then looked at the crumpled piece of paper on the ground. It was a nice light pink color. "So, what's up with that?" he asked, pointing to it.
"Ah! That's just, um, something I wrote... I-it's really bad though so I crumpled it up! Please don't read it!" She admitted.
Roll Cake grabbed it, which scared Cotton Candy, but instead of reading it he just crumpled it further. "Wow! You've got some nice crushing skills!"
   Cotton Candy blinked. "I... huh?"
Roll Cake threw the paper at the wall. "Nice throwing force too! I think when you threw it at this wall it made a louder sound than when I threw it!" He turned to Cotton Candy, grinning. "You're pretty strong!"
Cotton Candy was still very confused, but at the same time really flustered. "I- uhm, m-me? You think th-that I'M strong?"
Roll Cake nodded. "Not sure how much you can lift, but I'm pretty sure you could throw a good punch if you tried."
Cotton Candy looked at her hands. She still didn't really get it??? "I just get really frustrated sometimes... and then that frustration makes me crumple my le- I-I mean papers- and throw them!"
Roll Cake nodded again. "I get that. Destroying things can be very relieving!" He looked off to the side. "...unless it's something you'd regret destroying... that sucks."
"Oh, well I definitely don't regret destroying those papers!" Cotton Candy said. "The writing on them was really embarrassing..."
Roll Cake smashed his hammer onto the crumpled piece of paper. When he lifted his hammer, all that was left was some cotton candy. "Ooh! Neat!" He shook his hammer a bit. "Kind of sticky though..."
"Ah!" Cotton Candy pulled the cotton candy off the hammer. "Sorry about that! I write my stuff on very special cotton candy paper!"
Roll Cake stared at the cotton candy. "Hm... that seems like it would be... oddly satisfying to destroy! Try throwing it really hard!"
Cotton Candy flustered. "U-uh, I-I don't really have anything right now..."
   Roll Cake facepalmed. "Right, sorry."
Cotton Candy grabbed a piece of paper. She'd gotten pretty good at writing without a surface to write on, so she started writing.

Roses are red
Violets are blue
All I want to smash
Is you

...WHAT WAS THAT?! That was probably hands down the WORST letter she had ever written. Not only did she fall into the unoriginal "roses are red" trap, but the last line was too short! And the message? Totally uncalled for! Moving things too fast there!!!
Though perhaps, she made the worst letter ever because she wasn't really trying. She crumpled up her abomination and Roll Cake's face lit up. Cotton Candy glared at the wall with concentration and fury.
She threw her crumpled letter at the wall harder than she ever had before and it exploded into cotton candy.
"THAT WAS COOL XD" Roll Cake said, making Cotton Candy blush.
"Y-you think so...?" Cotton Candy felt genuinely flattered.
"Yeah! I mean, nothing actually got destroyed except that paper, but that's all there really is to destroy anyway!"
Cotton Candy looked around at the flattened Dessert Paradise. "I guess so..."
"Hey, Cotton Candy, wanna hang out with me for a bit?" Roll Cake asked.
"H-huh?! You want to hang out with me?!" Cotton Candy blushed.
Roll Cake stopped smiling. "I-I mean if you want to, but I can see why you wouldn't-"
"I WOULD LOVE TO!" Cotton Candy yelled, then got embarrassed by the fact that she yelled.
Roll Cake blinked, then smiled again. "LETS DO IT THEN!" He yelled back.
   Cotton Candy smiled. "OKAY!"

For the next hour or so, Cotton Candy and Roll Cake hung out at the Dessert Paradise. Cotton Candy would crumple up letters, and both cookies would destroy them. For once, Cotton Candy didn't care what she wrote. No matter how bad it was, all of it was good enough for this.
