Why did it even let myself get pulled into that! I barely know the guy!

"Blake!" I heard him yelling my name. I began to walk faster. I must have not been paying attention, because I bumped into something so hard it knocked me over.

"Woah there Blake, you okay?" Jack G asked as he caught me.

"I'm fine." I said flatly as I use Gilinsky to regain my balance.

"You don't look or sound fine..." Gilinsky stopped and looked up at Jack who was standing in my driveway.

"What the hell did you do?" Gilinsky said through gridded teeth as he pulled me close to his chest. "Why do you have to ruin everything!" He started to raise his voice.

"Both of you can't be mad at me! I didn't do anything wrong!" Jack whined.

"Blake, text your parents. tell them I brought you... to the mall." Gilinsky mumbled, turning us towards his house.

"Jack! Blake!" Jack yelled running into the street.

"Go home Johnson." Gilinsky yelled at his friend. I pulled my phone out and told Emma that Jack g was bringing me to the mall. "I'm sorry." Gilinsky sighed.

"Don't apologize for him" I said leaning into him. As if on Que, it started raining slowly. Jack slid his Red Nebraska sweatshirt off.

"Here" He offered.

"Thanks" I smile and put my arms up so he could slip it over my head. It smelled like him.

"Blake"

"Yeah"

"You aren't wearing shoes" Jack pointed out. I stopped and looked down. Jack was right, I was walking completely barefoot.

"I must have forgot" I sighed.

"That's not good, you'll cut your foot" Jack said shaking his head.

"Its fine I'll be okay, plus we are halfway to your hous...." I was cut off by Jack picking me up bridal style. I opened my mouth to argue, but Jack held me tighter to his chest. I smiled and breathed in his sent.

*Jack G*

I looked down to see her eyes closed. I was guessing she was falling asleep. I carefully carried her into my house and up to my my room, here I laid her down in my bed. She looked adorable when she was asleep. Now I have to deal with Jack.

*Jack J*

I stood out in the if the street in the rain. I'm so stupid. I actually don't know what came into me.

"Jack" I turned to see Jack walking towards me.

"Jack I'm.."

"Jack don't apologize to me," He said shaking his head. I sighed.

"I just don't know what happened" I said sitting down on the curb.

"Jack you can't start doing this again" Jack said. It took a moment know what he meant. He was referring to 10th grade.

"I know, I know"

"Jack" Jack said raising his eyebrows

"What!" I said harshly

"God dammit Johnson you have to try!"

"I am trying!" I yelled

"Jack, Blake is a great girl and I thought we at least had a chance of being friends with her but you have to go and ruin it!" Jack said angrily.

"Ruin it! Ruin what!"

"I'm going home, Jack you should go home too"
