Goodbye PJ Masks

I was pacing outside of the lab with the alpha male waiting for Romeo and Robot to help the pack out.
"Damnit..." I muttered pissed that the city would neglect the wolfy kids like this.
"It's why they never tried to return, they were too weak to fight back and could barely stand. Energy slowly left their body and years of decay slowly did this to them" The alpha male said.
"Well with Romeo's science he will definitely be able to help the kids-" suddenly my phone rang and I answered it.
"Boss they will be fine but me and Robot will be staying here to look over them" Romeo said.
"Got it, I'll stay with the pack and help them scavenge for how long it takes for them to get better." I said as the alpha male looked at me.
"You dont have to Rabid wolf you've already won our trust and alleigance sir" Alpha male said.
"No I am doing this to make sure nothing like this happens again, besides I need someone to train me in my wolf powers so you'll be helping me out in that department." I replied as the Alpha male nodded and we walked into the woods...

The next day at school

Amaya and Connor were worried about Greg as his mother let them know he went missing during the night.
"This has to do with why he was helping Romeo out last night." Connor deduced.
"Yeah no doubt, but why would he help Romeo of all people?" Amaya asked as Connor shook his head.
"I don't know but I have a feeling we wont be able to get the Greg we knew back." Connor looked down.
"No there has to be a way i refuse to believe otherwise and didnt he say last night that he and Romeo were trying to save someone? The Greg we knew is still in there" Amaya said determined.
"I know but for now we have to get ready the new ally." Connor said.
"You think he is up to this?" Amaya asked.
"Yes, he admired us for so long he wont be-" suddenly all the monitors in the school changed to the news.
"Breaking news the former terrorists the Wolfy Kids have been found dead in the outskirts of the town with some cat fur and an Owl feather by their corpses" the news reporter said as pictures of mutilated wolfy kids showed on screen "The suspects are currently the Vigilante's the PJ Masks as The owl feather and cat fur seems to indicate the so called heroes 'Catboy' and 'Owlette' were at the scene of the crime. Meanwhile the mayor's kid Omero and the local boy Greg have gone missing as well as the third PJ mask Gecko. The mayor had to say this." The footage cut to a press confrence with the mayor.

"For years we believed the masks to be on our side but with the sudden charges I am forced to make this law...any sort of vigilante whether it shall be for the forces of good or evil shall be a criminal in the eyes of the court and shall be found guilty of all costs" The Mayor said.

"WHAT?!" Amaya and Connor exclaimed.

"If the PJ Masks are watching this hang your coats whilst you still can, we've been able to turn a blind eye for so long but for no longer shall we be on your side, you have my sincerest apologies" the mayor bowed as the news cut back to the reporter.

"You heard it here folks the PJ Masks are now deemed at criminals but who will protect us if villains such as the Night Ninja or Luna-girl attacks again? We can only hope it turns out for the best" The reporter said as suddenly the screens all turned static and shut off in Unison
