Bailey's POV
Anna was right. Grayson actually asked me to be his girlfriend after a handful of dates. I enjoy spending time with him, he makes me feel, I don't know, relaxed.

It's December, that means I get to see my family for Christmas. But, I also have to get Grayson something. It would be our 5 month anniversary on December 16, which is also his birthday. Ugh, I have so much to buy him.

I come into work with a bag of candy canes for everyone, Christmas is my favorite time of year.

I adjust my Santa hat and I walk into the office. I place my bags down and I walk around the office.

"Candy cane, candy cane, here you go." I place candy canes on everyone's desk.

"Thanks girlie. I see you like the Christmas season."

"Yep, it's my favorite time of the year."

"Well, thanks again."

"No problem."

I walk to the coffee room and I make a few hot chocolates. I thought since it's the holiday season, people would want hot chocolate and candy canes.

I grab 4 and I walk back to my desk.

"Hot chocolate for you, put the candy cane in it."

"Coolio."

I walk with a hot chocolate in my hand and I knock on Grayson's door. I let myself in and I place the hot chocolate on his desk.

"Merry almost Christmas!"

"Thanks, you too."

I walk over to him and I kiss his cheek. I walk away but he pulls me back.

He stands up and pulls me to his chest.

"That's it babygirl?" Ugh his deep voice is so hot.

I place my hand on his chest and I look into his eyes. Those beautiful hazel eyes.

He leans in and I let him. Our lips touch and I feel fireworks in my stomach. His hand meets my chin and he deepens the kiss.

I back off and I tuck a pice of hair behind my ear.

"I-uh better get g-going."

"Bye."

"Goodbye."

I leave his room and I take a deep breath in and out. I walk to Ethan's office and I knock on his door.

"Hey Ethan, I got you a hot chocolate."

"Oh thank you. Wait, is that a blush on your face?"

"Um n-no."

"What did you do?"

"Nothing to do with Grayson."

"Of course, should've known."

"Oh shut up." I slap him in the arm in a friendly way, we're silent for a little.

"I love you Ethan."

"Woah woah woah, you're dating my brother, can't do that."

"No, not like that stupid. It's just- you're so easy to talk to."

"Thank you, I appreciate that."

"You're great." I get up to hug him.

I hug him and he hugs back, but I bump into his hot chocolate I gave him and it spills on his pants.

"Oh my god, I'm so sorry!"

"Wow, you've never spilled on my pants before, I don't have extra pants." We laugh and I grab a few napkins I found.

"I'm sorry again."

"It's ok."

I leave his room and I walk back to my desk.

"I just spilled hot chocolate on your boss."

"Again?"

"No not again, I've never spilled hot chocolate on him before."

"It's not like it's me." We laugh and I start doing my work.

I grab out some files and I organize them. I take out a candy cane and I start sucking it. I bite off the hook and I am left with the stick.

"What are you doing?" I look up to see Grayson holding some papers.

"Just eating a candy cane, didn't I give you one?"

"Yes, in my hot chocolate."

"Okie dokie!" I watch as he leaves and I get back to organizing.

I drop a paper clip and I duck down to pick it up.

The phone rings and I pick myself up to it. I press the button and I hear Grayson's voice.

"Bailey, could you please come into my office for a second?" I look over to Anna in confusion, I answer his question.

"Of course, I'm coming right now." I get up from my chair and I mouth 'wish me luck' over to Anna.

She gives me two supporting thumbs up and I walk towards his office.

I knock on the door and I hear a 'come in'.

I stick my head in and I see him sitting in his chair. I smile at him and I come into his room.

"Close the door please." I do what he says and I shut the door behind me.

He gets out of his chair and starts walking towards me. As he gets closer, I move backwards. Eventually, my back hits the wall and I'm left helpless.

He moves his mouth near my neck and my breath hitches.

He plants a few kisses on my neck and stands up straight. He looks into my eyes and places one hand on my hip.

"You just looked so hot sucking on that candy cane, I just couldn't resist." He smashes his lips onto mine and both hands end up on my hips.

I wrap my hands around his neck and I jump up, wrapping my legs around his torso.

He brings me over to his desk without breaking the kiss. He places me on the desk and I mess with his hair. He places his hand on my thigh and rubs it.

My head leans back and he takes that chance to attack my neck with kisses.

I wanted to continue on but then we hear a knock on the door. I quickly jump off his desk and I straighten my skirt and hair.

The door opens and Ethan sticks his head in.

"Hello love birds, did I disrupt anything?"

"No, nothing at all." Grayson sticks his hands in his pockets.

"Well, kinda looks like it." I tuck some hair behind my ear and I turn my head towards the ground.

"Anyways, may I take Grayson from you? We need to discuss our plans for our trip."

"Trip?" I look towards Grayson, waiting for his answer.

"We have a business trip in a few days, we have to start planning what we're gonna do."

"We usually give our assistants a few days off since they have nothing to do."

"Oh ok, I'll just go to let you two plan your trip, have fun."

I see Grayson open his mouth to say something but then stops. I nod to both of them and I leave the room.

I slouch into my chair and I bite the inside of my cheek.

"Why so slump chump?"

"I thought Grayson was gonna invite me to go with them on their business trip but then he didn't."

"It's not fun you know, they just spend all day in meetings."

"Yeah but I wanted to spend some alone time with him."

"I know how you feel, but you have to give this to them, this is what they do as their job."

"I guess."
