Hawk:
I watched shock flicker across her beautiful face before her lips pursed together and a determined frown settle across her forehead.

"No we can walk," her firm tone told me she wasn't about to change her mind. She grabbed her son's hand and tugged him along as she started up the street.

Rolling my eyes at the stubborn woman I also started up the street after her and the boy making sure I let them get a fair few paces ahead of me. She wasn't going to let me drive them home but I could still follow and make sure they got home safe. A vulnerable woman and child taking such a long walk at night was just asking for trouble. I found myself mesmerised by her petite hips swaying as she walked. I'm not sure what it is about the blue haired beauty but for some reason I find myself wanting to be close to her. We were about half way to her apartment building when a feminine cry snaps me out of my thoughts. Venus crashed into the pavement after tripping on some uneven pavement and I quickened my pace to reach the pair as her son was helping her back to her feet.

"Are you okay?" I asked as I reached them. Venus whirled around with wide eyes and I swear I saw fear flash quickly in her light blue orbs before she schooled her expression into a cold glare.

"Stalking is a crime," She hissed at me as she pulled a small canister of mace out of her bag and raised it in my direction. She gently manoeuvred her son behind her with her other arm.

"Woah I was just making sure you got home with out being mugged," I raised my hands in surrender to try and calm her down. My eyes quickly roamed over her small frame checking for any injuries after her fall. My eyes locked on to the blood smeared on her left knee and slowly trickling down her shin.

"Well as you can see I'm prepared to defend myself from any possible muggings," she growled shaking the mace, "so why don't you just turn yourself around and leave us alone."

"You're bleeding," I murmured ignoring her threatening shake of the mace canister as I took a step closer to her.

"Seriously I will use this if you don't piss off," her voice was hard but had become slightly higher then before out of fear.

"You've got nothing to fear from me," I speak lowly trying to calm her as I pull a rag from my back pocket and offer it to her. "For your knee," I say when she just frowns at the scrap of fabric.
Hesitantly she reaches out and takes the rag from me and then slowly puts the mace back into her bag. I watch as she bends and wipes the blood from her shin and knee. The boy moves to stand in front of his mum and sends a cold glare my way.

"Come on Dylan," Venus mumbles as she straightens back up and then continues down the street.

Bluebell:
I could feel his piercing gaze on my back as Dylan and I continued to walk back home. I was very aware of his presence now as he continued to follow behind us. My heart was still racing in my chest for surely he meant us some kind of harm or wanted a 'favour' from me. There's no other reason for him to be going out of his way to follow us home.

"Dylan when we get home I want you to run up the stairs as fast as you can and lock the door behind you," I say as I press the house keys into his hand. He frowns at me but nods his head anyway.

We finally reach the front of our apartment building. Dylan hesitates and looks up at me with concerning swimming in his gorgeous blue eyes. I smile reassuringly and gently nudge him towards the doors. After he slips inside to rush upstairs like
I said I whirl around to confront the biker who leisurely strolled towards me.

"Look I don't know what the hell you really want but we returned your money and wallet so please just leave us alone," I try to keep my voice firm but much to my disgust it wobbles at the end giving away the fear that was sinking its claws into my chest.

"Why is it so hard to believe I just wanted to ensure your safe arrival home," his intense green eyes narrowed at me.

I shot my own glare back at him, "because you're a man and a notorious Son no less. So you either intend to harm us or you're expecting me to turn a trick for you. I may be a stripper but I am no whore so you will not get anything from me willingly!"

I caught what looked like anger and then sadness flicker across his face before he became completely expressionless. "Goodnight Venus," he murmured lowly before turning on his heel and strolling back the way we'd just come.

"What the hell just happened," I muttered out loud throughly confused with the nights events.

If I didn't know better it really would seem as if the biker was acting out of concern and kindness. The thing is though I did know better and I definitely wasn't the naive little girl I once was. He was up to something I was sure of it. Shaking my head I turned to head inside. I climbed the stairs trying to ignore the stinging from my scrapped knee.

"Dylan honey it's just me you can open the door," I called out as I knocked on the door.

"Mum you're okay!" Dylan yelled as he swung open the door and launched himself into my arms. "I'm so sorry I took the wallet mum. I promise I won't do it again." His small voice cracked as a sob shook his body.

"Shh baby it's okay let's just get inside and we can make some dinner," I tried to soothe him as I steered us inside and locked the door behind us.
