(Jungkook's POV)

Jazzy hung up the phone and smiled at me.

"Well the only thing we could do is try to find Sanai and escape," she said, looking at the phone. She then dropped it and smashed it with her foot.

"Wait! What did you do that for?!" I asked, not really expecting her to do such a thing.

"Jungkook, what does it look like? I know it's a pretty dumb move on my part but don't worry, we can get out of this situation without a phone. I promise," she said, with a smirk.

She then walked up to the door and tried to open it, but it was somehow locked. She sighed and said, "They never learn."

I looked at her confused as she grabbed the door handle and closed her eyes. Then, she swung the door, with such force, completely open.

"I should of made you open the door Kook. You're stronger than me," she said, walking out.

I'm gonna let her believe that I'm stronger than her and follow her. She just walked in a random direction in silence. I just silently followed her and thought to myself.

Where are we going? This building is too plain and each corner we turn, we're met with another one of the same looking halls. That was until we came across a staircase. But if you continues to pass the staircase, you can see a crimson red door.

"Which way do you want to to take?" She asked.

"I don't know. Does it matter?" I asked.

She nodded her head and said, "If you go up these stairs, you'll be met with longer halls but there's a higher chance of escaping safely. The downfall: ditching Sanai."

I widened my eyes. She wouldn't possibly leave her own best friend! As much as she has stated that Sanai annoys her and that she wishes that she made different choices in the past, she still loves her.

"You would leave her?" I asked.

She ignored my question and said, "Or we can go down this hallway, find Sanai, and have a risky chance of escaping. The downfall: one of us could potentially die here."

"I don't wanna pick-," I said but got cut off.

"Then I'll pick for you," she said.

"The stairs it is."

"Wait! We're leaving Sanai?!" I asked.

"Correction: You're leaving her. I did say that you can go up those stairs. I never said anything about me. Of course, it's your choice if you actually want to go," she had to clarify.

"I guess I'll go up the steps," I said. "I don't want you two to worry about me and I don't want the others to become more worried."

She nodded and said, "Ok then. You do you and I'll do me. See you later Kookie."

I nodded and walked up the steps to find my way out. I hope they'll be safe.

(Jazzy's POV)

I watched Jungkook walk up the steps until I couldn't see him anymore. I smiled to myself and walked down the hallway to the crimson red door.

I stood outside of it and knocked.

"Who is it?" I heard Sanai's dad ask. I smiled to myself and whispered, "Bingo."

I cleared my throat and said, "I have a special delivery for Sanai. It's her best friend. Thanks for letting me come here," and I knocked the door down.

I saw Sanai and her father sitting across each other, looking like they were negotiating something.

"Did I disturb something?" I asked innocently.

"Guards! Come and get her!" Her father practically yelled.

Sanai looked hella upset and said, "I'm sorry."

The betrayal is so fucking real. She's just gonna let them take me? It's not like I can't fight but what? The hell did she agree to?

I felt someone touch my shoulder and drag me out the room. I didn't even bother to fight back as I let the guard take me to some different staircase and to another hallway, to another door. But this one was black.

He knocked on it and someone said, "Come in."

The guard opened the door, pushed me inside the room, and closed the door. And I could hear his footsteps fade away.

I looked at the guy, who had the back of the chair he was sitting in facing me.

"Who the fuck are you?" I asked.

"Such a shame," he sucked his teeth. "My own daughter doesn't even remember me. The pain."

I widened my eyes as he turned around and I saw the man I hate the most.

My face turned into a cold glare as I said,

"Chào cha."

(Sanai's POV)

"I'm so glad you agreed to help me. That's such a good daughter," my father said.

I rolled my eyes and said, "Sure."

I'm sorry that I technically betrayed my best friend. But he said that he would kill Tae or he would find a way to kill Jazzy. I had to choose. Besides, Jazzy can defend herself. But I have a feeling after this, there'll be a huge argument between us.
