Todoroki's POV
Almost half of the class were tired and we were all anticipating on who will be partnered up with Grin and who will be against him.

"Alright! I've decided. Young Grin you will be partnered up with Young Kaminari!!! And your opponents will be Sero and Todoroki!" I hummed as we watched All Might pull from the Villain box.

"And the villains are...Todoroki and Sero. That leaves Grin and Kaminari the heroes!! Good luck!!" Me and Sero immediately left ahead of the other pair.

"Sero. I have a plan if you don't mind." I said as I glanced at him and he nodded.

"Sure! Fire away!"

Timeskip

Me and Sero heard a ring and we both nodded at each other as Sero finished taping the foot of the bomb to the ground and I made my ice surround half of it's body.

"Now all we have to do is w-"

"I don't think that's needed." I was cut off and we both looked up and saw the two of them levitating.

Kaminari was dropped to the ground and he sent small volts of electricity to us.

"Sero. You handle Kaminari. I'll handle Grin."

"Got it!" The two began to get busy. I turned to look for Grin but suddenly Grin appeared before me and his foot near my face.

I blocked it with ice and shot ice at him and he jumped a few feet away from me with a smirk.

He looked up at the bomb then chuckled as he turned to me with eyes golden slits. His ears twitched and his tail swished left and right.

"Clever. But I doubt that'll hold when you see what we have in store." He said with a smirk and charged at me.

I sent a wave of ice and it was slashed away and I saw that one of his hand had some claws. He was smirking as he jumped up and aimed at me but I blocked it but it was useless.

He suddenly passed through my ice and stood beside me and in one swift motion he sweep kicked me and I groaned at the impact. I touched the ground at an attempt to freeze his feet but he was quick and jumped away.

"Denki-chan! You done there?"

"All clear!!" I glanced and saw that Sero was wrapped in a capture tape and Kaminari was walking towards Grin.

I stood my ground as the two stood before me. I watched their every movement, even a twitch to know who's gonna do what. I was so focused at the two that they suddenly disappeared from my line of vision and I flinched.

"Sorry for this Todoroki!!" I turned to my side and saw Kaminari's hand near my shoulder. I took a step back but was too late when he touched my shoulder and I felt jolts on my body.

I fell to my knees as I saw Grin stand a few feet from me and then give me a smile as he did a hand motion of his right hand and I saw a giant cat's paw with claws retracted.



"If it's shielded then one way to remove it is to scratch it off." The paw aimed at my ice and scratched a light layer of it making the ice fall onto the ground.

"Denki-chan. Alleyoop." I heard him chuckle and I slammed my hand on the ground to freeze their feet but I already saw Kaminari airborne and headed towards the bomb.

"Not yet!!" I swinged my hand towards Kaminari to stop him from touching the bomb.

"I had a feeling that'd happen." My eyes widened when I saw Kaminari smirk and Grin was levitating above him and was near the bomb.
