Star Struck

Santa Monica Beach

~Time Skip~
Mari and I are at Santa Monica Beach, she's laying on a towel with her earphones plugged in trying to get a tan. I on the other hand am putting my feet in the water and taking pictures of the sea. I look around through my camera lens and see a familiar hat. I giggle and walk towards the direction of that person and sit next to them on the chair. I smile and say, "What a beautiful scene. Have you ever seen anything more beautiful?" The man or should I say Harry doesn't look at me but shakes is head as a no. I look at him and say, "Oh I'm sorry am I bothering you?" Again he shakes his head and I respond while taking out the sunscreen, "Perfect then would you mind putting some sunscreen on my back?" He looks up, laughs and takes off the sunglasses, "How'd you know it was me?"
I smile and point to the hat and clothes. He smiles, "I guess this stuff does look pretty old plus it has dust on it." I laugh, "Nah Harry I think that's just you." He looks up to where the water is and says, "So what brings you here?" I smile, "My cousin thought it would be nice to come here and rest." I look at him and wonder, "Wait Harry what are you doing here? I thought you went home after." He smiles but sighs, "The paparazzi were surrounding the flat last night so I couldn't go in." I sigh, "Harry you shouldn't care, that doesn't sound hard to do." He sighs, "You wouldn't understand." I look at him and say, "Mhm, whatever you say Mr. I'm so cool that I slept in my car and at the beach last night.
He looks at me and says, " what car do you drive?" I smile and say, "A 2018 Jaguar XE S, why?" He smiles, "what if you let me borrow your car so the paparazzi don't recognize the car and then I can pay you for doing me this huge favor." I get annoyed and tell him, "Stop doing that, money doesn't grow on trees harry, you can't just through money around and expect people to just do what you want because of that." He sighs and says, "I'm sorry if I may have offended you but can you do me this huge favor?" I sigh but give in, "Ok but give me your car keys." He clutches his car keys and says, "why?" I sigh and tell him, "Well you don't expect my cousin and I to be here without a car, right?" He contemplates and slowly hands me the car keys but pulls back them back. "Look she is an original copy from the car used in the show Supernatural, I really love Metallicar." I grab the keys and excitedly say, " I know and by the way I love that show", I give Harry my keys and run to go put his keys in Mari's bag as she's distracted. I then take him to our car. He chokes, "Its really something", I laugh, "it has character." I strictly tell him to have the car back here by 3 PM.
Harry looked behind me and ducks down, "How did the paparazzi find me, this is really bad." I look and two black vans pulled up. He gets in the car and says, "Come inside quick!" I sigh and get inside and he looks in the car to find a hoodie. "Here put this on!" I look at him and say, "why?" He looks at me, "Because if they seem me with you they're going to ask questions like, who's that girl Harry? Are you guys dating?" I blush and repeat, "dating?!" He looks at me, "Yes, they'll make anything up just to get a story." I sigh and say, "Hurry let's go then, before they look over here." He adjusts his hat and starts to drive but a guy peers inside the car but doesn't recognize us and he signals for us to go. We both sigh in relief. Harry becomes comfortable again and so I ask, "How long do I when to ride around with you this time?" He smiles and says, "Just long enough till the paparazzi leave the beach."
I laugh and get a text from the animal shelter I'm suppose to work at tomorrow. I panic, "Harry can we make one quick stop to this animal shelter?" He looks at me and nods but asks if everything is alright. I calm down and say, "They just texted me saying they need me in today since there's a adoption fair today and they're short a few people." He smiles, "well then let's go." He turns on the radio and (press the video) my jam comes on. I start singing and just acting very happy.
Harry's P.O.V
From the concern of my eye is see her happy. Honestly why do I have to start falling for you Dafne? You are truly adorable but honestly I can't be with you. I'll just enjoy the time I'm getting to spend with you right now. I start jamming out with her to the song as we head to the animal shelter.
