Author's Pov
21:30hr was the time shown on the Jacob Jensen digital alarm clock on the night stand. Tiffany was laying on her queen-sized bed ; wide awake though she planned to sleep right after her favourite drama ended but she can't brought herself to sleep even after taking a warm and soothing bath. Kim Taeyeon was the reason that makes her sleepless as a lot of thought started to occupy her mind like an everlasting video tape with only black and white colour.
"Why can't I fell asleep?"
The brunette asked herself as she tried to change her sleeping position but still it can't prevent her mind from occupying her with many thought.
Does that means her feelings toward Taeyeon had grown stronger? If so , what should she do? She don't want because of her confession toward her friend which will lead to nothing in return and at the same time she's scared that she might lose her friend through this confession.
"Tae...."
She mumbled as she took her phone and look at the picture of her and Taeyeon beaming at the camera.
Holding on her phone and mumbling to the name of Taeyeon ; slowly the brunette fell asleep as her breathing become slow and steady. Still her hand didn't let go of the phone she was holding on.
Flashback
Graduation day
"Fany-ah , you look so pretty in those graduation gown ."
A blonde haired girl beamed at her best friend as she wrapped her arm around the slender waist of her friend; pulling her close. That girl who's she holding now means a lot to her and if possible she would like to be with her forever without separating. Yes, that blonde likes her own best friend so much but she didn't have the courage to confess to her.
"Tae-Tae , I can't believe that we finally graduate from this crap school."
Tiffany caressed the blonde's arm that was wrapping on her waist. She felt secured whenever the blonde does that to her. Being with the former , she got nothing to afraid of as the knight who was holding on her will always protect her. Little did the former know that , she too have the same feelings toward the blonde girl. Both of them refused to say it out because of frightening to lose each other after confessed the truth.
"Fany-ah~ Let's take a selfie~"
Taeyeon said as she took out her iphone and snap a picture of her and Tiffany posing cutely toward the lens. Without even knowing , tears formed along the corner of the blonde's eyes as she going to miss the girl who's she is holding earlier if they didn't make it to the same university or Tiffany decide to return to US to further her education in one of the higher institution there. Well they be able to meet again? That would remain a question.
"Taengoo~ Are you crying ?"
The brunette teased Taeyeon as she knew that the girl in front her is going to crying ; thinking of separating which she don't know that the brunette will remain to stay in Korea and wanting to go to the same college that her best friend would be enrolled to.
Quickly wiping the tears that was lining along the corner of her eyes , Taeyeon faked a smile and shake her eyes. She don't want the brunette think of her as someone who is fragile.
"Nah.. I'm not it just there's a dust flew into my eyes and I'm rubbing off."
She decided to lie ; hoping that her best friend fall for it.
"Owh k. Anyway , let's join the others for some party ~"
Ignoring the lie told by her best friend , Tiffany took hold of the older girl's hand and together they walk into the hall where the party was held for senior like them who had graduate. For the girls, today would be the most memorable day as the last day of being the high school student. Though the school was consider a crap to them with lots of badass teacher still , every moment they had spent together during high school days was priceless.
