Once upon a time there was a forest far away from here. It was vestigated on Burani’s Island. There was only one village where all the people lived. Glittoria was average just a village, it was big and a lot of different people lived there together. The village was surrounded by a huge forest, which was spread all over the rest of the island. People call the forest Pandoria, it had a magical green color. The atmosphere was a bit mysterious because of the white layer of mist that hung above the trees. This forest wasn't quiet at all, there were all kind of noises around the trees. The relaxing sound of the rain and wind combined with the scaring sound of a furious monkey, made sure that it was never silent. Anyway, these restful sounds of nature made the island mysterious instead of a horror forest. It was a bitter sweet kind. The color, the noises and the mist made everything special in a mystic way.
Furthermore Pandoria was a village with people who just wanted to live a normal life. Apart of the magic and the mystic things around the island, the local people’s life goes on. Pandoria is uninhabited, well, that is what the outside world believes. The Buranian people are not just people. The folk consisted fairies, trolls, giants, smurfs and other fairytale characters. Even though they know they weren’t humans, they wanted to live an average human life. Because of their strong willpower they succeed fairly. After years and years coexistence, they managed to deal with all the different kind of persons and they were living a happy ever after. They work together and protect themselves from the outside world. They have their own Kingdom with a Royal Family. Despite they’ve been happy together now for ages, everyone is always wary. They even set their own army. Why is an innocent island so extremely prepared for a possible attack?
Burani’s Island has a huge history. It has been around for centuries. The thing is, a treasure with a huge unknown value is clogged somewhere on Burani. Only a few important Buranian people know where, but the outside world does only know about the existence from this miracle. With outside world, I mean pirates ofcourse. Yes. Pirates. The pirates were very bad people. They had long beards, lots of piercings, they were huge and furious. Those people can throw an elephant on you with just one single finger. Their ship looked horrible. The color may be pink, only a look at the ship gave you goosebumps. There was glitter and pink bones all over the sides and masts. It was not called “Pink Death” for nothing. The ship always took a weird mist with it, which took your breath. The flag was very scary with it’s huge flappy bird with crossed bones behind it. It was the most feared ship from the ocean.
Their captain was an even more feared and relentlessly man, who doesn’t seem to have any feelings. He had a heart of stone and hated everybody. He was always upset and he usually yelled and beat everyone who tried to be against him. Everything he wanted was Burani Island's treasure. He thought it was the only way to make himself the most powerfull man in the world.
Burani’s Island has been a victim from many disasters. Year after year they got attacked by inquisitive barbarians. It was a long and hard situation for the Buranians and they lost a lot of people. But by accident and with pure luck they won the last attack and the pirates withdrew. Since that time they’ve never heard about them. Even though it’s been a huge time ago these awful things happened, the government didn’t want to take any risks. Last time they’ve been just lucky. They did everything to prevent that they don’t have to live like that again.
But after years and years of peace and rest on Burani, there's about to come an end of all happiness…
