𝐠𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐮𝐦

hyungwon frowned as jooheon continued to talk to the boy on the phone. the two boys were in the middle of an at home movie date when the said boy called. jooheon hadn't even bothered to excused himself to go to another room.

hyungwon could hear the small giggles from the boy across the line. hyungwon removed jooheon arms from around himself as he stood up.

" i need a drink ." he whispered as he left to the kitchen.

hyungwon filled a cup with apple juice and took a sip. leaning against the counter the boy closed his eyes and sighed , a small tear slipping from his eye. he quickly wiped it and took another sip of his juice.

he heard a loud laugh come from jooheon and felt his throat grow scratchy once again. hyungwon let out a small cough and ran to the bathroom , locking the door and leaning over the toilet.

the petals fell from the boys lips with every cough , hyungwons tears falling with the flowers.  with every gasp for breath , every sniffle. the petals and coughing stopped and hyungwon gasped softly , catching his breath. geraniums float through the water , the flower representing stupidity. he wiped his mouth as he stood.  flushing the toilet the boy left the bathroom and re-entered jooheons arms.

" are you okay babe ?" jooheon asked , emotionless, staring at the tv screen.

" fine ." hyungwon replied , nuzzling into the cherry scented boy.

hyungwon had felt stupid. he felt stupid for staying with jooheon , letting the boy do as he pleases. he knows the boy doesn't love him anymore , he had fallen out of love with him a while ago. though at one point jooheon had truely loved him , would have given up the world for him. but that's not how it is anymore , and it will never go back to that. hyungwon knew this , but he wouldn't believe it. he wanted to believe one day jooheon would come home and hug the taller tightly , apologizing for all he had done. he wanted to believe they would be happy again. but not everything you wish for comes true.
