Glaceys pov.
I was mixing drinks left and right. I had one in each hand shaking and then serving thirty seconds later. This was the usual rush every night. Then I spotted Klaus and another man walk in. They walked straight to the bar and sat. "What can I get ya?", I asked slightly out of breath as I ran from one end of the bar to another. "Two bourbons. Neat.", the man said. I nodded not even looking up and poured two bourbons and slid them over. "Thank you darling.", he said. "Glacey when you get a second I would like to talk to you love.", Klaus stated. I nodded, still not looking up as I mixed five more drinks.
Once I satisfied the crowd about an hour later, I took the chance to walk over and see what Klaus wanted. "What is it Klaus?", I questioned. "Well for starters, I would like you to meet my brother, Elijah.", he said introducing me to the man. This was the first time I truly looked at the man. "Pleasure.", I smiled and shook his hand. "The pleasure is all mine.", he smiled. "Klaus did you come here for me to make friends or is there some other reason?", I asked when I notice three more customers to walk in. "Well. You never really said if you had a place to live earlier.", he said. "Okayyyy??? And?", I said as I picked up a bottle of gin and a bottle of whiskey. "I would like to invite you to come live with us at the compound. You will of course have you own quarters, and you may come and go as you please.", he said. I dropped the bottle of vodka I had just picked up. Elijah shot forward and caught it and placed it on the counter. "Klaus... Elijah... that's to mu- wh- I don't..", I rambled, having trouble finding my words. "It's no problem. Once my brother told me of your bravery and your story I offered.", Elijah said. "Then I accept.", I smiled. "Thank you so much.", I said serving the now mixed drinks. "Where should we get your things?", he asked. "Up stairs. Cami has been letting me crash up stairs till I could
Find somewhere of my own.", I said. He nodded.
"We will come back at closing and help pack. We will bring our sister to help as well.", Klaus said. I nodded and waved them off.I told Cami about me moving out and she seems troubled. "They just offered. They barley know you.", she said. "I know. But it would be nice to get out of the attic.", I said. "As long as your safe." , she said. "Cami I'm going to be living with a bunch of vampires.", I laughed. "A human, living with nothing but vampires.... and a wolf since Hayley is there. Sure you'll be perfectly safe.", she smiled sarcastically. "Well you know me. I love to live on the edge.", I laughed. She giggled then decided to help me start packing. We were half way down when the Mikealson family showed up. "You know it will be so nice to have another girl around. Hayley and can only provide so much company.", Rebeckah smiled walking in. I shook her hand and smiled. "I heard you put Nik in his place. I like you already.", she smiled and winked. I chuckled. Then Elijah called me over. "Would you like to take this with you?", he asked pointing up to the family picture I had. I was still a baby when it was taken but it was all I ha did my mother and brother. "Yes please.", I smiled. "Here, I cannot reach.", He said. I allowed him to place his hands in my waist and lift me up to reach the small framed picture. He placed me back down gently. Almost as if I would break. I looked up at him and his eyes met mine and locked on. Neither of us would break eye contact till Klaus called my name. "I believe we have everything love. Time to get you to your new home.", he said with a tight smile. I nodded and we all filed out of the now empty attic.
