~SAMUEL'S POV~

*phone ringing* I groaned as I picked up the phone.

"Hello?"

"Sammy. I just had an amazing dream!"

"Em, I'm still super sleepy as fuck. Why are you up so early anyway?" My sleepy voice is so noticable.

"Sorry girl. I forgot to turn my alarm off yesterday.. And you know me.."

I interrupted her. "Yeah, yeah. You cannot go back to sleep immediately once you have waken up. You're unlike most teenagers I know. OMG Em, you're growing old!" I laughed.

"Shut up Sam!" She said sternly.

"I'm just joking! But okay.. What was your amazing dream?"

"Well, we were penny boarding until I accidentally bumped into Jeremy." she said excitedly.

"The Jeremy Hudson? Popular guy in school? Dating the head cheerleader?" I ask with disbelief.

"YES!"

"What did he say?"

"He said he has liked me ever since. OMG Sam! What if my dream is telling me I have a chance with him this summer?" she said full of hope.

"You say that every summer." I reply dully.

"Yeah, but I feel like this summer will be different. Come on, have faith!"

"What about his girlfriend?"

"Screw her. He doesn't know she's only dating him because he's popular." She says angrily.

"All right! But I also want some summer lovin' this year. I had enough of being single."

"N.B.S.B" she coughs sarcastically.

"Hey!!" I pout.

She laughs "I'm joking but having a 'No Boyfriend Since Birth' status is not so bad.. You don't have to deal with drama and all that shit."

"True but I want to feel special to someone, you know?" I reply.

"Someone will love you one day, I guarantee it!" I hear her smile at the other line.

"Okay, I'm going back to sleep." I yawned.

"Good morning Sammy! See you later!"
