The city of Fejite, located in the southern region of the Alzano Empire. This community was born and developed alongside the Alzano Imperial Magic Academy.
Within the streets of this amazing city, a girl with long, lovely white hair and cat ears ran to make sure that she made it to a certain friend of hers and meanwhile in another location, there was another lovely girl but this one had short blonde hair along with a green bow on top that brought out nothing more but beauty.
She suddenly heard a man let out a little sharp 'ow' making her gasp and look in his direction before approaching him.
"Are you alright?" She asked with a voice so angelic while she then knelt down in front of him.
"Mmm..." The townsperson looked up at her and gave a little nod before the girl then took notice of a small cut on the man's index finger and smiled softly.
"May I tend to that?" She motioned to the cut and the man gave off yet another nod, as the girl then put her hands up slightly and took in a deep breath before she said the words. "The angels' blessings be with you." Suddenly, a golden magic circle appeared in front of her and soon the process began as the man's cut was slowly being healed.
The reason the Alzano Empire is known as a magical power in the world is the Alzano Imperial Magic Academy, established over 400 years ago after the Empire's founding.
And just within seconds, the cut was finally gone as though it never came to be. "Oh!" The man gave off a little surprise and smiled and bent his finger a little, impressed by what happened as he looked to the girl. "Seems you academy students live up to the tales. I'm impressed."
"Actually, sir," She started as she looked to him and put her index finger to her mouth a bit "using our magic outside the academy walls is forbidden. So can we keep this a secret?"
"My lips are sealed." The man gladly said with an agreeing nod.
"Thank you."
"Rumia!" A new voice suddenly rang from a small distance and the girl known as Rumia looked up and saw her friend running towards her as she waved happily to see her best friend. It was the girl from before who was running to catch up with Rumia. She had green eyes followed by of course her lovely white hair along with those adorable cat ears of hers.

"Well, good day to you sir." Rumia smiled as she then stood up and looked down at him.
"Good luck with your studies. I'm rooting for you." He stated with a cheery smile coming across his face.
