i got back from my run and went straight to the bathroom for a shower. joey still hasn't gone home. fgs!! i got out of the shower and into some shorts and a tank top. i was drying my hair then joey walked in.
"hey" he quietly said shutting the door.
"hi" i replied rolling my eyes.
i turned my hair dryer back on to ignore him, but typical joey just stood next to me waiting.
i turned it off.
"what do you want?" i asked
"im sorry- just let me explain."
"explain what. you told me you didn't like her! i liked you birlem. i was falling for you. you can't explain it! you kissed her.
"i know i did"
"then what do you want from me!!"
"i like you ellie." he said sitting on the bed.
ig i had to smile a little it was cute, but i couldn't forgive him for that. i know it doesn't seem like a big deal but. i guess it is.
"but joey, how could you"
"right. i was drunk. didn't know what i was doing. abbie walked in but why would i know she was coming, especially because she lives in england!! you guys were wearing the same outfits ik you look nothing alike but i was confused and wanted to kiss you. but instead, it was her. im sorry, i really am."
w o w. i didn't know what to say so i hugged him.
"i didn't know. i over reacted. but you've got to remember you still kissed her and im obviously not going to like that. obviously i forgive you but i think it's best we didn't date or kiss or whatever for a while as i still have to get over it."
he nodded his head and walked out. i then went into a hungover leahs room and explained everything. we then put on friends and watched it for a while.
