Blake awoke many hours later over Ruby's bright silver eyes.

"Yaaaaang." Ruby called out in demand for her older sister. "She's upppppppp." She called again, only this time a little louder.

Blake pushed herself up in the bed she was laid in, the room was unfamiliar; posh, beautiful like the rooms you read about in fairy tales. Blake had no idea where she was.

Her golden eyes darted around the room and Ruby smirked as she giggled. Her hand suddenly reached up to Blake's scalp as she began scratching behind Blake's soft cat ears; no longer hidden by her black thick bow.

"Is poor little kitty lost?" Ruby taunted as Blake let out a tiny and gentle purr from the back of her throat. Everyone knew Blake's weakness and she hated that.

Blake spoke through clenched teeth. "Don't call me that."

Ruby's smirk dropped at Blake's angry face. "I'm sorry." Ruby instantly pulled her hands away from Blake's ears.

Yang slid into the room, bursting through the grand bedroom door. Making an entrance like usual.

"She's up?" Yang said, staring at Ruby before her purple eyes fluttered to Blake. "Blake.." She darted over to the bed as she pushed Ruby out off the way; causing her to land on the floor.

"I'm gonna go find Weiss." Ruby whispered awkwardly, as she pulled her red cloak back over her shoulders. Leaving the room, leaving Blake and Yang alone. Once the door clicked shut Yang began speaking.

"How do you feel?" Yang asked as she stared at Blake's ears, slightly cut and damaged due to the ceiling falling during the night of the fire.

Blake didn't reply for a second. "I'm fine." She replied bluntly, her stomach filled with what felt like knots as she stared at Yang. This was the first time either had spoken since the night they had slept together. It wasn't like anything sexual had even occurred that night but it still caused Blake to blush stupidly. Yang did mean a lot to Blake and that was what frightened Blake the most.

"Where are we?" Blake asked, still confused at her location.

Yang smiled as she reached up to Blake's ears which she was rewarded by a raised black thin curves eyebrow. "Beacon took a lot of fire damage. Quite a few people were injured, including you. They sent all pupils home until further notice, Weiss volunteered and we ended up at hers. A castle at the least, it's huge." Yang emphasised. "You're sat in the heiress' bed, which she isn't too happy about." Yang rolled her eyes.

"Anything happen whilst I was out?" Blake snapped, as she pulled the covers down off her body.

"We took a vote. I, took your vote."

"About what?" Blake scratched behind her ears, not breaking eye contact.

"It was Ruby's idea, she wants to try and stop the White Fang." Yang pushed her hair back with one hand. "Weiss said it was a bad idea.. At the moment, it's three against one. What do you say?" Yangs eyes lit up with excitement; it was somewhat cute.

"It is a bad idea." Blake answered back and almost instantly Yangs eyes of excitement died. Blake smirked as she raised her eyebrows in a sassy way. "Alone anyway; we'll need help." Blake smiled. "A lot of help at that."

Yang gasped as she threw her arms around Blake tightly, pinning her to the bed.

"Okay. I guess we'll do this then." Yang smiled at her friend. "As a team."
