Prologue

SPINOFF OF: Wizards of Waverly Place

SUMMARY:

In a book remake of the television show, "Wizards of Waverly Place," Alex Russo is as mischievous as ever, and she will show that in this spin-off series. We will follow Alex Russo as she struggles with the idea of growing up and living in the real world with wizardry powers. What struggles will she face when she prepares to move on to her own life in the great state of New York?

HOW LONG WILL THE STORY BE?:

Much like television series', this book will feature episodes-- or chapters. Each book of the series will be given an amount of chapters assigned to it to complete the lesson and story. This is the first season of the series. I plan on creating at least 12 chapters for season one, however if I feel that the series needs more chapters to finish the story, I will do that. I would like to say this now-- Season 2 is confirmed. As of August 23, 2014-- I do plan on adding a chapter to the story once a week on Tuesday's, unless something comes up and I am unable to upload.

TIMELINE:

Alex of Waverly Place takes place 6 months after the events of the television movie, "The Wizards Return: Alex vs. Alex"

CAST AND CREW:

*Before I begin-- I would like to note that David Henrie's character Justin Russo and Bridgit Mendler's character Juliet van Heusen have been written out of the story and will not be main cast members. Both characters will be recurring characters however.

To better help visualize the story, I have casted roles for each character, old and new.

WHAT TO EXPECT:

Alex grows up. Season 1 sets up for Season 2, which will be far different. Expect another Disney family to make an appearance in Season 1.
