The engine churned causing exhaust to plumule out of the car. The head lights flickered but turned off again. "Ugh," I sighed; getting frustrated with my broken down car.I turned the key for the fifth time - hoping for the car to start up. The engine churned again, finally turning on. I sighed in relief while I backed the car out of my drive way. My head bobbed up and down from the soft catchy tune playing on the radio. I grabbed the nob to turn up the music.
My eyes stayed peering on the road, as I drove to The Insane Asylum. I absolutely hate my summer job. All of other jobs were already taken, and this was the only one left for me to earn collage credit. I really hope that this summer goes by fast. Hell, having a summer job that requires you to dig in dumpsters is better then working here.
My thoughts started fading, but then quickly came back as my busted old car pulled into the parking lot. But I mean, at least I am here with my best friend?? What can go wrong?
