One Wolf's War.

Chapter Two

Her body screamed in protest as she dragged herself and the child into the treeline away from the burning wreckage. She fell down out of exhaustion as she lay there greedily breathing in as much air as her lungs would allow. The noise of screams where cancelled out by the sound of her own heartbeat as she lay there,
"Find everyone last one of these mutts now" A voice boomed as she froze trying to  stay as hidden as she could praying they wouldn't come over that way. Grabbing hold of the unconious child as she started crawling as low and as slow as possible away from the voice, if she could make it out of the territory lines she maybe able to get help or be far enough away to get a good head start.
"We're missing two" Another voice yelled from close by making her lay as motionless as possible, the child woke up because of this.
"Don't move" She whispered praying the child would listened,
"My baby! Where's my son?" A woman's voice demand making the child break free of her grasp and took of running towards the clearing. She cursed herself for not being able to keep hold of the child but her strength was failing, crawling back towards the clearing hoping to caught the child was the only thing she was hoping to do but it was in vine.

They were gathered in the centre of the village with all the buildings on fire around them looking like the very pits of hell itself. She held onto the grass in the woods trying to keep herself back as the other pack circled like vultures around dying animals. "Where's the last mut" The same deep voice boomed like thundered now seeing him she knew was an Alpha almost seven feet tall made of nothing but muscle, he seemed to have a scar that ran down his face making one of his eyes a lighter shade of brown which meant it hadn't healed properly, his brown hair was tied back into a long braid as he stared out at his pack.
"Must of burned in the main building" Someone answered almost dismissively as her Alpha was dragged out of the  group off people.
"Surrender to me and your people will live!" The Alpha said grabbing the cowardly man by the throat.
"Never!" Her once great Alpha screamed as he stared the other one down, her blood froze in her vines as the others grabbed people from the circle. She closed her eyes as the screaming begain the copper smell of blood filled the air letting her know it was over for them as she buried her head in the dirt trying to block it out.
'How many innocent people are you going to let die for your pride' She thought feeling the vomit creep into her throat as tried not to make a sound.
"You will allow all your people to die for you! You are no Alpha" The voice boomed as more screams continued,
"Please don't hurt my family" The coward cried making her want to scream as she fought back the urge to stop this, If she ran out there she would die too.
"These people are meant to be your family! Kill his Luna and child next" The voice answer as she opened her eyes to see that the bodies where piled so high that they were almost as tall as the buildings.
"Not yet! Wait for the Alpha" Another voice answer making her head spin as she watched from the covers. The  sound of footsteps from a few meters away made her body go numb as the man walked towards the clearing her whole body wanted to move closer to that man. He was the most attractive man she had ever saw tall with raven black hair and ocean blue eyes. This body was nothing but sheer muscle, ignoring those thoughts she watched as the other pack nodded to him in a sign of acknowledgement, so he was the Alpha.
"This is all of them?" He asked in a voice that was deep and almost eerie voice that sound like it could send shivers down anyone's spine.
"One's missing but we think she must of burnt in the mansion" The one she thought was the Alpha told the new arrival.
"Which one?" The man asked staring down at the coward,
"I don't know! Like I care who was in there" The coward shout back trying to spit at the new arrival.
"We found a cage busted open in the rubble but no body" One of them told there alpha which made the coward laugh at that.
"The ghost got out than" The coward laughed making her feel empty move.
"What does he mean by that?" One of them asked looking round confused as dragged the last of the group forward.
"My daughter, She's an Albino" Her Mom's sweet voice answered as tears slipped from her eyes.
