Headaches and Roses| Ch. 1

Normal POV

It was 9 AM the very next day. Everyone had been so shocked that one of the country's nobles would ever try to pull such an act and was immediately sentenced to years in prison for treason against the royal family.

Mana's POV

Slowly, my once closed eyes fluttered open and I blinked my eyes allowing them to adjust to the bright white landscape of the room I was held in. Groggily I got up and sighed, clutching my head and looking around. "Roses huh.. Somebody knows how to flatter my senses.." Mana smiled at the pink and red assortment of roses sitting next to her castle's clinic and stood up, changing into the clothes someone had left for her. She peeked her head through the curtain and saw the nurse. "Hey..Not to be bothersome.. But why am I here again?" I tilted my head. "You're here because of 1. Too much drinking, and 2. Alcohol poisoning." The nurse spoke matter of factly and clicked the pen and wrote notes down. "You're free to go. You have people outside very worried for you." I nodded and stretched my hands over my head and walked out.

Normal POV

"MANA!!" The two other sisters screamed as they tackled her into their arms and left kisses all up her face. Mana giggled and just threw her arms around them, before groaning and holding her head.

"Are you okay Mana?" Nana questioned and looked on and felt her forehead. "I'm fine. I just have a headache. Thanks for the roses by the way." Mana beamed and lightly slapped both of their arms. "Roses? We never sent any in, sorry.." They looked at her in a confused way.

Mana raised a brow "Then who did..?" She went back into the clinic and grabbed the roses and walked outside, reading the tag.

«Hope you get better Princess! Text me at xxx-xxx-xxxx💕~ Felix» The note read. "Hmm..?" Arianna looked over and laughed, smiling teasingly at Mana. "Maybe you should go and see him. I heard he's in the high quality Inn in town. Go on now. Atleast thank him for saving you." She smiled and kicked Mana out before she had any protest.

Some time later..

"Hmm..I wonder why Sir Felix worried so much for me..We hadn't even met before..." She sighed and clacked her heels on the gravel as she pulled her hood fully above her small frame and peered at the directions on the small paper her sisters had given her. The sun was setting horridly fast and she had to make sure she mentioned a "Thank you" to the person who cared enough to get her.

"Well here it is.." She mumbled and knocked on the door of the Inn. "Sheesh did they rent this entire thing out.. There was nine of them.." Mana mumbled as the door swung open to reveal a male with wavy dark hair and a bright smile.

"Hello fair maiden. How can I help you out today?" He chuckled and leaned against the door frame, trying to take a peak at whoever was hiding beneath the robe.

"Uhm..My name is...." She sighed and lifted the hood slightly off of her head to reveal the crown that sat atop of her head.

The man jumped and quickly pulled her by the wrist, and closed the door before pinning her to it by her wrists. "Princess!? Did you really go out without any guards!? You know if someone saw you with that crown on your pretty little head, they could sell you on the black market for fortunes." He scolded as another male with jet black hair and brace with a pair of black rimmed glasses on his nose waked in.
