"You worthless piece of junk!" My boyfriend yelled at me. Memories were twisting down my soul, as i remember how those were my father's exact words. My heart was aching, and i couldv'e sworn i heard it shatter.

In the streets, on ads, TV, the radio, etc. You can never escape them, as they are part of the harsh society we live in.

They give you low self-esteem,

The pen is mightier than the sword. A gun may kill you, while as the sounds uttered by the mouth hurt your heart. Words can be lies, as they make you weak.

You are capable of anything if your mind is put to,
You are fighter; strong and brave,
Don't let what they say keep you up at night,
Soar higher in life; prove your worth it.
