"Ahh!" I screeched just as my best friend Dillan strode through the door.
"Ahh!" She screamed right back. Rushing towards me and wrapping her arms around me in a tight hug.
She had been on vacation with her family for the past two weeks in Barcelona, and had left me stuck at home alone in Chicago, while my parents traveled for business
"Did you already order?" Dillan asked. I nodded holding up my coffee.
"Okay, I'll be right back" she said walking towards the counter ordering her usual Vanilla latte.
I pointed my head towards the direction of our regular booth, one that was secluded towards the back by the bathrooms. It was were we always sat, it gave us privacy to talk about anything we wanted. We had shared a lot of great, and memorable moments back here while sipping our drinks.
Dillan held up a finger telling me she would be there once they finished making her drink.
I started to walk towards our booth, but I got distracted by loud screams issuing from somewhere behind me. It sounded like someone was getting murdered. So I turned my head to see what all the commotion was about and saw five amazingly attractive boys walk in.
I knew who they were instantly.
One Direction.
I had heard they were in town doing a benefit concert to raise money for a charity. So as suspected they would have a hoard of fan girls following them around. Their fans were really dedicated. I had heard that some girls camped out for hours just to buy tickets. I could never be that dedicated.
Don't get me wrong. I thought all the boys were adorable. I could listen to their music without cringing so that was a plus. They seemed like they were full of themselves though. Snobby kids who "got to live their dreams" and of course everyone fell for that sob story.
I watched as girls tried to throw themselves at the five boys, and screaming there names. The manager walked out talking calmly to the girls saying the band was here to grab some coffee and that they would like to do that in peace.
All at once the girls calmed down, they didn't want to disturb the boys.
I snorted as I walked towards our booth, Dillan was right on my heels.
"Can you believe those girls" I stated looking at Dillan. She sat there blowing her coffee trying to cool it down.
"I think they're in love" she said dragging out the word love.
We both started to giggle, but soon got cut off by the five people towering in front of our table.
"Do you mind switching tables with us love? We prefer sitting away from the windows and the screaming girls" The boy in the front asked with a polite smile. He had straight light brown hair that had been styled up messily.
I smiled up at him sarcastically, I stared up into his warm brown eyes.
A blond boy behind him giggled. He had stunning blue eyes, and blond hair similar to the boy in front of me.
"Listen buddy, we're not like every other girl out there who falls at your feet, we are perfectly comfortable where we are sitting but thanks for the offer." I said smirking up at him.
His smile faltered. That made me smile for real. I looked at Dillan and we burst out in giggles. The five boys stared bewildered at our sudden outburst of laughter.
There were three others, one had black hair and chocolate brown eyes. The one next to him had straight brown hair that had been swept to the side and blue gray eyes. And the last boy had brown curls that had also been swept the side of his face, he had green blue eyes.
