Deng Ze Ming (邓泽鸣) was supposed to join Idol Producer 2 in 2019. But he was supposedly eliminated beforehand. According to various news sites it was because he lied about his age and copyrighted dances of former Idol Producer (Season 1) trainees.

He was born in 2002, but said he was born in 2000. In this show, there was a "secret rule" for everyone to be 18 or over. Yes, in the last season there were trainees who were under 18. But they changed it for the upcoming season. Besides, it's not about the fact that he's 16. First of all, he knew the rule was to be 18+, that's why he lied about his age. In the rules it strictly says: "It's against the regulations to modify your age in order to participate in the show." It's as easy as that.

He was eliminated later (for different reasons, I believe). - His character was supposedly "lacking" - He's still a scholar and he lied about his age, he said he was born in 2000. But he was born in 2002. It's against the regulations to modify your age in order to participate in the show. - He supposedly copied Chen Linong and Cai Xukun. He copied Chen Linong and then sent a microblogging copy to ridicule Cai Xukun. Later he imitated Chen Linong's fan in a show (which was obviously seen as rude).
