Alright, the rest of it is pretty self explanatory. Since you're foreign, you'll be able to choose from a list of countries. Each country has a different code, for example, in the Netherlands it's 031 (+31). Not every country is in the list, but a lot of common ones are in it. Like: France, Germany, The United States, The United Kingdom, South Korea, China, Thailand, etcetera.
My problem is, I can't help w/ this because the Netherlands isn't in the list ;(
However, I'll go look if it's different on a computer than on mobile. Update: it's not different on a computer :(
