Chapter 4: An Unexpected Visit

After a fairly eventful day I was so glad to see home. So glad that I practically dove off my board and sprinted towards the door. Yes, me sprinting. I know I don't even believe it myself.

The only problem when I went to open my door was no keys. I tipped the contents of my bag into the floor hoping they would fall out. No luck.

But I did find an A Day To Remember wristband. And a note?

'You said you wanted one, I had a spare. Your Big Boy'

Cole.

That has to be the sweetest thing ever. He even drew a winky face. I so owe him. The next time I see him he is going to get the most mahoosive hug ever. And I mean it.

Wait. Was Cole the one who stole my keys then? No, He couldn't have. He wouldn't.

Anyways, my keys must have fallen out when that stupid kid nocked my bag off of my table. This is why I hate kids. They mess around and don't sit still. So as a result I have no keys and am now forced to climb through a window.

Maybe I exaggerated the latter. I have a spare key under a rock out back. So I only have to climb over a fence. Now let the mission commence.

Well that was easy. Minus me falling off the gate. Sometimes I'm such a klutz. Like last week for example, I fell into a bush. Just casually walking by and then gravity takes hold of me, pulling me into that bush. That bratty kid next door still laughs now. Like seriously, get over it already.

After a nice long shower I headed downstairs for some more me time. There was no use in getting dressed to walk the dogs as it was already turning dark by the time I had dried and straightened my hair. Damn British October-ness. So I threw on my black booty shorts and matching bandeau then settled on the couch with the dogs.

I decided to watch some Saved By The Bell whilst I tested a new eye makeup idea and painted my nails. Did you know you can now get this nail polish that's like tons of mini beads. I found some in Boots last week. It's so cool, and worth the money.

After 3 episodes it was hitting 7pm. And I was starved. I could cook. Ha. Me cook. There's more chance of me running in PE, and we all know that will never happen. So I went to order Chinese food.

Once my order was placed and set to deliver I decided to blast Rebel Love Song and do some moshing out.

This is a rebel love song." That was not my voice. Ohmygodsomeone'sinmyhouseandI'mgonnadie! Stupid Ade why did you put Kellin and Jinxx in the garden? Jinxx so would've protected you or at least scared the creep off, and tiny Kellin would've tried.

Ade just turn around slowly and see who the intruder is. Your iPhone is on the couch just a foot away. And you went kick boxing that one time. So go.

I followed my brain's orders and turned to where the singing came from.

"Cole?" Why is he in my house? "Why are you in my house?"

"I went to get my photography stuff from Mrs Johnson's room at the end of the day. And I saw some keys in your corner." So that's where my keys went.

"So instead of knocking you just walk into my house?" I asked him.

"I knocked but then I heard BVB and though I'd just come in." he said "And then there was your show..."

I could feel a blush making its way up my face as I remembered my minuet moshing out session.

"Hey don't be embarrassed. With what you're wearing it looked so hot." He admitted after chewing on his lip.

"Ohmygod Cole I'm naked." I looked for something to cover myself with, but no luck.

"Here take this." Cole said, unzipping his black hoody and handing it over.

"Thanks." I said back slipping into the hoody and wrapping it across my chest. "And thanks for bringing me my key. I had to climb over my gate to get the spare."

"Anything for you, ninja babes." Cole flashed me a wink. "So I see you got my gift then." He said pointing towards the A Day To Remember wristband I now wore.

"Oh yeah. Thank you so much. I owe you bad." I said whilst wrapping him into a hug. Of course I had to go on my toes just so I could place my arms around his neck.

"Ade you're just so small it's too cute." he said making me blush again.

"Hey I'm not that small." I protested stepping down. "Wanna stay for Chinese food?"

"Sure why not." he agreed like it was no big deal. Well it wasn't really.

I left Cole to himself in my living room whilst I went to let the fluff balls in from the garden. Then I grabbed two cans of coke from the fridge for us.

So by the looks of it Cole had taken it to himself to get comfy while I was gone. There he was sprawled across my couch ready to watch some movie.

"That's my spot Cole." I said staring down at him as I handed him the coke.

"Well it's not tonight." He said giving his signature smirk. Well I can only assume it's his signature smirk as I only officially met the guy today. Yet here he is lay on my couch watching my TV, while I'm stood here practically naked, wrapped in his hoody. Weird how someone can just show up unexpected.
