The day my dream came true

I was on my way to 5th period American History when the Soccer Coach announced on the speaker that all Varsity players were to meet on the field immediately. Ughhh what does coach want now? I arrived at the field and Coach had a huge and I mean huge smile on his face. After everyone got to the field Coach started to announce that one player on our team has been selected to go to England to tryout for the New Manchester United Womens Team. He called out every player one by one except me. He then said "okay if I called your name take a step back and if I didn't call you take a step forward. " Of course I was the one who took the step forward when coach said "Congratulations Kayla Good Luck in England. " My heart was beating super fast and I could feel my smile growing from ear to ear. is this even real or am I dreaming? "Kayla?" coach said "are you okay? " I could feel the words come out my mouth they were almost inaudible when I said "are You serious? " coach smiled and said "well yes I am you're an amazing Goalkeeper. " I didn't think he was serious so I said "ermm no not really coach. " "well I think so and so does Louis Van Gaal. " My heart almost jumped out of my chest i couldnt believe the manager for my favorite team Manchester United thought i was good and then when coach said "you leave tonight." I nearly lost it. coach said I have been excused for the rest of the day so I can go home and pack and everything. I ran to my White Ferrari which was parked outside of the training area. I drove home it only took 10 minutes to get there I unlocked my door and went straight to my room I sat on my bed I still couldnt believe I was going to England...and I was leaving tonight do I really want to do this? leave my friends here in Los Angeles and My family in Mexico? all for soccer? of course I do its my career.
