"So, I know we've only known each other for a day, but do any of you guys wanna come to my place? I have Sonic and Halo. We can play," I said enthusiastically.
"Sorry Star," PJ and Chris said with remorse. "I have to go edit some videos."
"Same," said Chris. They both tucked their hands in their pockets, looking at the floor.
"We can," said Dan.
"Sweet!"
I waved at PJ and Chris. They probably thought I was nuts. Inviting someone to my house on the first day we met? Hell no. But, it sounded fun, so what the heck. We rode the bus to my house. There were three of us, so we just crammed ourselves into the seat. It was really awkward, because Dan had my backpack on his lap, while his was on mine, and Phil was about to fall off of the seat. God, we looked like idiots.
Finally, in what seemed like forever, we got off of the bus.
I grabbed the keys to my house and unlocked the door.
"Woah," said Phil and Dan in unison. "Your house is pretty big."
I smiled and threw my backpack onto the floor of my room. "Here it is." I said as if I ran 27 miles.
"Sweet," said Dan, as I turned on my PS3.
