Tokoyami Fumikage (Secrets)

New Year's Eve Special

      Tokoyami laid on the snow in the shade of an evergreen tree. As he was laying down, dark shadow was playing in the branches and chirping happily. As that was happening, he heard the complaints of light shadow and dawn shadow about how they don't get to play in daylight especially light shadow. 

       Then as he was relaxing in the silence, he heard some noise near the tree. Immediately he sprung up in case it was a villain until he realized that it was Momo. He relaxed his body but stared at her, dark shadow coming down to see what is going on. Then she spoke. "You really shouldn't lay out here with only your uniform on, at least wear a scarf," she complained. It was true, all he had was his plants, shirt and tie while most people around had coats, scarves and hats. 

      Momo herself had a giant red coat and a purple/white striped scarf. He closed his eyes as he said, "Truly the cold swirling around doesn't much at least bother me." She sighed and looked down. "Oh well, but I will warn you about a sudden cold. Anyway I volunteered to ask you if you wanted to come to the New Year's party that we are doing in the common room tomorrow." Instantly Tokoyami thought how they always do parties no matter what. "If I am ready that time, I will appear but if not, my presence will not arrive." She nodded and walked away.

       The next day, Tokoyami realized he slept to the very next day which was New Year's Eve. He still laid there, covered in snow and dark shadow laid next to him. When he was about to speak, a sudden cough came. "I guess *sniff* Momo was right about getting a *cough* cold." He stood up as dark shadow was still laying there. Then he realized that there wasn't just one shadow but three. As he coughed loudly, they all awoken, bad mistake. Light shadow woke up and roamed around. "YAY FUN FUN!" At each word, it grew bigger and bigger. 

      Till they were surrounded by a giant light shadow smashing around. Luckily it was a park at 5 AM in the morning so no one saw but sadly Tokoyami was too sick to control it. Then a person soon appeared in eyesight a panic spread through Tokoyami. But then he saw the light from the covered sun turn sharply and the shadows move surrounding him. Tokoyami knew immediately who it was as he fell into the shadows and light shadow receded.

      Tokoyami woke up surrounded by trees. He slowly stood up, his throat raw of the cold. When he looked at his phone, it was 11:59 PM. Then he noticed that dawn, light and dark shadow were all out. Then as I saw them, my head turned to the sky when we heard a boom. Beautiful fireworks exploded in the sky. The four of them watched from the on of the highest mountains in the area as the fireworks exploded through the sky. Happy New Year

Sorry about not updating for a while, I was way to busy. Plus I was going to publish this yesterday 12:00 but then I had to stop because I needed to do something so I didn't finish writing the story. Just a little treat, the rest of the week, I will post mini chapters every day to continue the story. Bye Peoplez!
