Before the story takes a 4 months lap I need to talk about what happened in these months but only a short explanation.
* After om goes, gauri misses him too much.
* Gauri's health is not good but she hides it from every one.
* Gauri ignore anika and bhavya because she doesn't want them to know about her health.
* Gauri spends her time in out house, she works but she never forgets her duty to her home. She works to take her mind off of om. Tej doesn't want gauri to work.
* Om call her in every two days or some time once a week
* Every one notice gauri is going weak they call doctor and he gives her medicine but they're not working. She convinced every body that she is fine.
