At work everyone was giving me a cold stare especially Michelle. Ray's girlfriend. "Think you got class?" Michelle hissed, too angry to talk. "Ray's suddenly giving you favours". She said. "What do you mean?" I asked. "In your drawer I found a cheque and a letter showing that you have an increased salary and there are rumours that he's gonna give you a brand new convertible and a mansion. We all know what happened yesterday. Look Michelle,"its not my fault Ray's sick and tired of you". I said.
"Huh?!" Michelle said. Yep or no. Did I let the cat out of the bag? I said.
At my office
Mmmh I never really got what's up with her. Suddenly, my door opened. It was Ray, behind him was Michelle crying and shouting crazily at "us". Wow that's a nice word to use. "Us".
He closed the door and told me that he had broken up with Michelle and was considering me. " How can it happen so soon?" I wondered. As if he was reading my mind he said. All of a sudden Michelle stormed into the office reigning insults on me. How dare you insult my girlfriend. An expression of shock was seen on Michelle's face. How could you do this to me Ray she sobbed. Your fired!!get out! He was filled with rage.
