It's been five days since I started narrating, and it's been tough going. It can be hard to remember to direct thoughts
At the developing tulpa. Today I got a necklace for Kouzelný. It's "his" in the sense that I wear it to remind me of him. It represents him for now, reminding me to think of him. When I catch the necklace in the corner of my eye, I remember to direct a few thoughts at him. I'll comment on what I see, what I'm doing. This can be helpful for anyone who has struggled to focus on their developing Tulpa long enough.
