I accidentally glance somewhere at the park when I unexpectedly see someone standing while tipping down.
I got curious so I walk towards him. His clothes are wet, he doesn't even have an umbrella.
I feel pity to him so I ran and shared my umbrella. I asked him why he's standing there. He told me that it is his way of enjoying the heavy rain.
That night, I met the person who meant to change everything. Every night, I got used to go in the park and meet him again.
We enjoyed most of those rainy nights that were together.One Friday evening, I texted him that I can't go to the park because our relatives from states visit us.
He doesn't reply immediately so I proceed to my household chores to finish them on time.
I was very exhausted so I immediately go to sleep after. I woke up at 3:00 am, I grab my phone and check it.
I saw 96 missed calls and 48 unread messages. I tried to call and text him, but he never answered.
I came to the park earlier that usually and waited there, but I haven't see him, not ever a glimpse of him.
