"Its getting late. We'll take our leave then" aunt Anne says as she hugs scarlet.

"Swear to god you will give less attention to your phone and will focus on your studies more?"

"Yesss yess Annie I'll look after it, Dont you worry. I am not the small girl anymore !"
"I'm sure you will my sweetie" She kisses her forehead and moves to scarlet' grandma to hug her and then proceeds to her mother. She waves at them before getting into her car and They wave back as she fled through the quiet street.

The celebration was a huge success. From hiding the event from grandma to gifting her a new volume of her favourite book. Aunt anne had gifted her a big fat album containing all the pictures from their past. ~Pictures shows us the art of past~ it was written in the first page. A truly memorable day for the whole family.

"Alrighty then I'm going to my room and I promise I will start learning-"
"Right now" Mom interrupts.

"Yes. That's exactly what i was planning to do" Scarlet says rolling her eyes before she dashes through the stairs to her room.

"Studies can wait" she whispers to herself as she readies her laptop on her lap.

"12 messages from Lily? What did she do this time?" She says under her breath.

*INCOMING 18 MESSAGES*

"OH GOD what is her problem" Scarlet grabs her phone and rummages through the apps when again-

*INCOMING 24 MESSAGES*

S : Will you stop? I am here tell me what it is.

L: I deserve more respect for tolerating you. Bow down dumbo

S : In your dreams lady. Oh and by the way thanks for dropping by my home inspite of your hectic schedule😊

L : Yes. The situation was hectic. The discount sale was only till 3pm but wasting some time with you wouldn't be bothersome.

S : By the way why were you spamming me?

L : girl's got amnesia huh? You were the one who said you had something spicy to say. I am here for the gossip sis☕

S : oh its not a big deal. I was perhaps mad at that point. Never mind

L : I am fine if its not a bothersome topic. Anyways get your amnesia check alright sweetie? Mama is worried about you.

S : Oh please cut the crap and sleep. Goodnight

L : I hope the bed bugs bite you for being rude😘

She slams the phone onto her pillow *click *and it made a small noise. Scarlet loses her sanity at this and hurriedly checks her phone.

"Thank god it was the pillow" she sighs. If this one breaks its probably going to be her last one.

"MUST NOT BREAK THE PHONE" she mentally repeats in her head as she moves to her table to start studying (or perhaps sleeping?)

"Su wake up! Wake up su! You will be late to school!"

Scarlet whispers an 'okay' under her breath. She lifts her head to find a coffee mug on her table. She tries to lift herself up from her position when the blanket falls down from her.

Mom had decided not to disturb her sleep and had placed a big blanket on top of her so that she wouldn't catch a cold.

" Thanks ma!"

"This is why I said you shouldn't use your phone before studying. Look at your face now!" Lily complains.

"Try to understand. The first run episode was released today and there was no way i was going to miss it" Scarlet fights back.

"you and your obsession with boy bands ugh"

They keep bickering at each other as they move to the canteen.

They occupy their usual seat next to the large sliding window. Scarlet is carelessly munching on her food and not paying attention to what lily was blabbering when she feels someone brush past her. She quickly looks away from the plate to the person who walked past. It was Mr. glasses guy.

Scarlet has been hopelessly crushing on the guy for two years but never grew the courage to speak to him. A literal FLUFFBALL was the perfect definition. Messy hair , steel rimmed glasses on the bridge of his nose. An oversized hoodie covers up his petite body.

Name? Uhm anonymous till date. Is it because she was afraid. Oh not at all its just that she has embarrassed herself in front of him countless times. One time she tripped while climbing down the stairs and landed on her butt and to add on the embarrassment the one who helped her get to her feet and ask her if she was okay , was none other than mr glasses boy.

Well all girls keep code names for certain  people and this was no exceptional case.

"Is it him? Mr glasses guy?" Lily questions with her eyes wide open. Scarlet nods a yes.

Lily slowly turns her head to look at him. He was dressed in a black hoodie,  the same glasses and same old messy hair.
'Cute' scarlet says under her breath.

She resumed her eating but kept close look at the boy. He was sitting in the seat next to theirs with a food tray in front of him but his whole attention was on a book he had in his hand. The fact that he was a bookworm made scarlet' heart soft💟 The book was covred with an extra layer of covering paper. She tried guessing the book name by the size but nothing worked.

Out of the corner of the eye she sees mr. Glasses guy' friend approaching. A tall muscular man who appears nothing like glasses guy but his face says otherwise. A bunny. A literal bunny.

The bunny guy ( yes thats his code name) taps glasses guy' shoulder and the poor gets shocked and hits his elbow at the side of the table.

"ouch" glasses guy whimpers. Scarlet starts giggling under breath. It was actually a quite one but the two boys heard her and turned to her. Scarlet quickly bends her head down in embarrassment.

"What is it?" Lily asks shocked.

"I am one big piece of disappointment"
