Chapter 20

I rang my mum
"Hey mum I'm coming to get pick you up now"
"Ok See you soon !"
I ended the call and went to pick my mum up .I got to my parents house and went to the door and knocked on the door and my Dad came to the door
"Hey dad "
He hugged me and he said
"Come in side your mum won't be long "
I sat waiting in the living room and a couple of minutes later she came and said
"I'm ready Zac "
"Bye Dad "
"Bye Zac "
And me and my mum headed to the car and drove to the mall .We were driving and my mum said
"So Zac hows Vanessa ?"
"Good , everything is going great with us !"
"Good I'm glad to see you happy "
"Thanks mum "
"So when's the big movie coming out , high school musical ?!"
I laughed
"Yah High school musical 4 is coming out next summer , it's been great filming !"
She nodded

We got there and my mum said
"Where first ?"
I thought of what Vanessa would like ...
"A jewellery shop "
We went to the jewellery shop and I saw this ring what caught my attention, it had a nice big  diamond and I knew Vanessa would love it .I asked my mum
"Mum what do you think of that one there ?"
"Do you like It ?"
"Yes and I think she will too !"
"I think it's lovely !"
I went over to the counter and said
"Can I have that ring over there ?"
The person nodded and then brought over the ring and the person said
"So what size would you like ? "
I looked at the sizes .i couldn't remember what size she is in rings .
Common Z remember when you got that ring for her ....
Then I remembered .She was a SM (small medium ) (A/N I just made that up )
"Can I have SM ?"
"Sure who is it for ?"
I smiled
"My girlfriend "
"Good choice "
I smirked over to my mum and she laughed and shook her head . Then I got a couple of other gifts for Vanessa and other people and I said
"Thanks mum for coming "
"It's ok "
We drove to my parents house and I parked up at the house and I opened the door for her as she got out and she said
"I'll see you soon ! "
She hugged me and I kissed her cheek and said
"Bye mum I'll see you soon !"
I watched her walk to the door and then got in the car and drove to Vanessa's house to surprise her . I got some flowers on the way there and then I pulled up at her house and walked to her door and I had the flowers in my hand as i knocked on the door and I heard a
"Coming !"
It didn't sound like Vanessa though ?

Stella opened the door and said
"Oh Zac hi come in "
I smiled and said
"Hey "
She brought me to kitchen and she says
"Vanessa has come to buy some ingredients for a recipe I'm making "
"Oh cool maybe I could help ? "
She smiled
"That's very kind of you but I think Vanessa will want you to her self when she comes back"
Stella winks and I smirk and laugh
"I'll help you for now , ok so what do you need to do now ?"
"Ok so I need to mix these two together , here put this on so you don't look a mess when V comes !"
I laughed .Stella is like a little sister to me we used to hang out a lot before me and Vanessa broke up
I put the apron on and said
"Ok let's get to work !"
I mixed ingredients and it took me back to when I used to make dinner and food with Vanessa

I heard a door close and I carried on mixing and I heard
"What is going on here !"
It was Vanessa she laughed and I turned around and I winked and she smiled and Stella said
"Mr Efron was helping me with some things "
"I see !"
We laughed and I went over to Vanessa and she stared at me and I laughed
"What's wrong !"
She looked at my apron and I rolled my eyes and took it off and I said
"Better ?"
She smirked
"Better "
She kissed me and I wrapped my arms around her waist and Stella rolled her eyes and said
"Please go some where private !"
Vanessa moved back from me and said
"Sorry "
We went up stairs and I smirked and said
"So were were we ? "
"I think here "
