This creepy, ugleh shadow is Mika's quirk, it lives in his shadow and has a stomach that is comparable to a bottomless pit. It only obeys Mika and will pop out of his shadow when needed. When it is summoned, it devours everything Mika tells it to and converts the energy stored inside to further enhance Mika's strength for a certain period of time. The extent of the enhancements depends on the type of 'food' that the phantom shadow devours. If the phantom devours a quirk (has the most amount of energy stored inside it), the enhancements on Mika's strength will be much stronger. It is also immune to physical attacks and has an infinite storage space in its mouth. Mika occasionally uses it to scare annoying people away.

(A/N: In case y'all are confused, here's an example of what I meant by devouring a quirk. For example, if Mika is fighting against Todoroki and he uses his ice quirk to Attack Mika, the Gourmet is able devour the ice Todoroki sent and convert the energy of the quirk to further enhance Mika's strength. Does it still sound confusing?)

Side effect: Mika is always hungry and can get a little emotionally unstable when his quirk eats something 'delicious'. (You'll know later on)

Background: Twin Brother of Midoriya Izuku. According to relatives and friends, Mika is considered 'superior' to Izuku, which really pisses him off because Izuku is the best thing that ever happened to him. Mika is overly protective of Izuku and would do anything in his power to achieve his brother's dream of being the No.1 Hero. He is also made fun of by other kids because his quirk was like a villains'. Learnt Martial Arts to protect Izuku. He also has a dark secret that even his Brother doesn't know. (Yes, the dark secret is that he likes yaoi.)

This was Mika when he was 4 years old. His hair used to be cyan too but his hair turned a few shades darker after getting his quirk. He was often mistaken as a girl and this led to a very awkward first encounter with kacchan. But daaammmn, puberty hit him like a truck!

Mika's hero outfit:

Origin: He wanted a costume that was similar to his favourite anime character, Leon. The mask he wears is to mimic his quirk's teeth.
