The Secrets Of Cassiopeia (Fred Weasley)

Prologue

Cassiopeia Ardizzone isn't the usual type of girl you would stumble upon. Growing up Cassiopeia was surrounded by expectations. Expectations to be the most powerful, cunning, and most intimidating Slytherin out there. That's right Slytherin. Cassiopeia's family is one of the most powerful pureblood Slytherin families. Cassiopeia's family has been in the Slytherin house dating back centuries, with the exception of a odd few. Cassiopeia's plan was to follow the footsteps of her mother, who she has always looked up to. To Cassiopeia her mother was one of the most badass women she knows.

The Ardizzone family has always been a feared family, for the members within the family were very powerful. Cassiopeia was always amazed at the magic her family would display in front of her. Because Cassiopeia was surrounded by magic all her life she was always curious if she would be just as powerful as the rest of her family. Her family consisted of many talented duelers, Quidditch players, potion masters, aurors, animagi, and everything in between. You could always tell if you were in the presents of a Ardizzone for they had a certain kind of aura, posture, and look to them. The females of the Ardizzone family all oddly had heterochromic eyes, one blueish grey and the other brown, Cassiopeia was no exception. The family has very high expectations for each member. They were a pureblood family so they all must be taught to look it. Other people were in awe when they saw the family.

Cassiopeia almost fit in perfectly with the rest of her family, almost. She of course had the look, aura, and poise of a Ardizzone. But she also found herself to be a little bit more clumsy, curious, and dare she say mischievous. Cassiopeia was definitely harder to keep still than her cousins. She always wanted to be doing something, and have her hands on something. It was as if she couldn't stop moving half the time. She found herself getting into things like photography, watercolor painting, or reading to keep herself quiet. But when she wasn't doing that Cassiopeia was always climbing trees, playing Quidditch with her cousins, or trying to trick people. She has her mother to thank for letting her be her. Because the rest of Cassiopeia's family was always quick to repremand her for her actions. But her mother would argue with her realives telling them you should be allowed to act the way you want to.

Cassiopeia's mother is a very ambitious, independent, and strong women. Once her mother had her mind set on something it was very hard to tell her otherwise. Cassiopeia looked up to her mother and admired the way she presented herself. Her Mother was all Cassiopeia had for a long time. Cassiopeia was an only child so she didn't have any siblings, and all her cousins were either older or a lot younger than her. But it wasn't always just Cassiopeia and her Mother. She has heard many stories of how it used to be before her father died. But Cassiopeia still doesn't know who her father is, everytime she trys to ask her mother gets teary eyed. So she usually leaves it alone, but that doesn't stop her from wondering. Apparently coming from her Grandma and Aunt her mother wasn't always as nice when she was younger. They say she's changed since your Father died. Cassiopeia doesn't like to think about how your mother used to act. She knows her family is Slytherin and want the Wizarding World to be only purebloods, but Cassiopeia doesn't really agree with the rest of her family.

But Cassiopeia has grown to be an amazing actress in front of her family. Acting like she has all the same beliefs as they do about the 'filthy mudbloods'. Cassiopeia was raised to become the perfect model Slytherin along with her cousins. But Cassiopeia doesn't think that she'll end up in Slytherin. But she won't deny that she does have some Slytherin qualities, she just doesn't quiet believe that's where she belongs. She finds herself to be more kind, understanding, mischievous, and curious than her cousins. As Cassiopeia has grown older she's come to understand that she'll most likely have a different outcome than her family when she goes to Hogwarts soon. The more Cassiopeia thinks about it the more nervous and excited she becomes about her 11th birthday coming up in 3 weeks August 16th.
