Kaylee’s POV

I felt the warm hand leading me to a noisy place. It felt warmer in here, and the light was dim. When I looked around, I could see friends and couples having the time of their life.

That was noticed by only a part of my brain.  Majority of my mind was focused on those warm hands.

I could see Harry grinning, and I really couldn’t describe how sweet he looked. Despite wring normal clothes, he looked something… more.

I looked back at Zayn and Ashley. They were staring at each other, not in a gooey way, but what definitely was called private. I knew how Ash felt, of course, since I’d been with her from middle school. I knew that even when she tried to lie saying that she found Zayn okay, I could tell from her eyes that it was definitely more. And Zayn… well, the matter looked same to me.

I pulled Harry to a stop. He looked at me, confused. “What?”

“Look there,” I smiled and pointed at Zayn and Ashley. “Aren’t they so sweet?”

Harry looked at me. “If you find Zayn staring at Ashley sweet, then I could stare at your forever.”

I rolled my eyes. “Cheesy.”

Harry looked back at them and smiled back.  I had just thought that he would continue to where we were supposed to be going when suddenly…

Oi!” he shouted. “We’ve got paces to go, people to visit, remember?”

Both of them jumped while I looked at Harry in disbelief. Zayn and Ash, both blushing, looked down and started forward, keeping distance between them. If Zayn was red, then Ash was totally maroon.

“Giddy up, Zayn,” Harry laughed. “If you’re going to kiss her, the bathroom is right there.”

While Zayn grinned weakly at us, Ashley blushed even more, if that was even possible.

Okay, so telling Harry had been a really bad idea.

I pushed him forward, so he couldn’t make any more jokes about them. They needed to have privacy. They deserved it.

When at last we got to the big table, I saw them.

There were six altogether, three boys and their girlfriends… I suppose. One of the boy had a blonde hair, and a childish and cute face, sitting with a blonde girl with short cropped hair and sparkling eyeshadow. Beside her was a boy with brown hair and twinkling blue eyes, sitting with a beautiful girl with long brown wavy hair. Beside her was a guy with a matured face and a straight brown hair and green eyes, and he was sitting with a girl with premed brown hair.

All of them looked at us when we neared them. I saw Ash come towards me and grab my hand. I was glad. Both of us were awaiting their response on seeing us.

Suddenly, the wavy haired girl looked at our hands and smiled. A good smile. And she looked at us and then said, “You know, there is no reason to be afraid of us, we won’t bite you.”

And then all of them laughed. A good laugh.

Everyone got up. “I’m Niall and this is Stacy,” the blonde guy said, gesturing his girl. The girl smiled at me.

“I’m Louis,” the blue eyed guy said. “And this is Eleanor.” The wavy haired girl hugged Ash and me.

“I’m Liam and this is Danielle,” the green eyed guy said. The other girl also smiled at us.

“Um, I’m Ashley Lohan and you guys can call me Ash… if you want,” Ash said nervously.

“Hey, I’m Kaylee Anderson, and people usually call me Kay,” I said.
