It's a lot like 'Chemistry'

 A/N: This is my first time writing something in wattpad. Please give this pretty book of mine a chance as you skim it. Some of it represents the reality as I see it around my school. Obviously, the rest is fantasy (Not taking about fantasy fantasy, but reality so fantastic it can never happen). 

I hope you love it, cuz I'd hate it if it was stereotypical.

Madison Fletcher is a popular jock. She's the star of the track team and had dated the previous football team captain. Her best friend since age five is on the cheerleading squad. Since she loves reading a lot, the editor of the school newspaper offered her a position and she took it. Picture perfect high school life, right?

Maddy thought that her normal life would never come to an end. Then she discovers that she's flunking chemistry. And to add insult to inju- ahem- injury to insult; she accidentally concocts a mixture that blows up the chemistry lab.

Now she's stuck with detention and James Haddon as her lab partner. The infuriating, nerdy guy whose emerald eyes make Maddy think that she's in neverland. And the teacher is forcing her to join a nerdy science club! Nightmare.

And if she wants to get out of this mess, she has to score 9.0 in the subject she hates the most: Chemistry.

(PS: Is it wrong for Maddy to think his spectacles make James Haddon look even more hotter?! )
